We found the shelter to be very clean for the animals. The cats were in nice big cages with hammocks for them and they were well fed and watered and there was no smell from the cats as their cages were very clean. The dog kennels were also very clean and so were the animals. We both felt that the reception area could be kept neater, but we found the small staff there very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate adopting from or relocating to this shelter.

If you have a lot of cleaning you might want to notice that and ask for a larger bag... that's my only complaint. The place is reasonably easy to get in and out of. At times the traffic on Main Street can be heavy, but I have never had a real problem with it. Just drive around and someone will meet you under the covered overhang that is useful in rainy weather. My shirts are always perfect.... We've been customers for a while and plan to stay that way.

The lady waiting on him was an older woman with dark hair. He handed her the ticket. She badly mispronounced our last name and my husband's reply was, "****, just like it is spelled." She walked away and hunted for the clothes. She had a hard time finding them and asked the other gentleman standing there to go look for them. She then looked at my husband and said, "Do you not know how to speak English?" My husband shook his head in disbelief and said, "Why would you ask me that?" She replied, "Because you aren't saying anything. Sometimes, this time of day, I pick on my customers." Why would she say that? She never asked him anything. She was being rude, assuming, and prejudice. The other workers there are very nice. Too bad that one employee ruins the experience for everyone. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
