we tried to checkout at the checkout stand and no employee came to check us out or acknowledge us. there was two employees standing in the print department section that we had to go out of our way to ask them to call someone to help us checkout. They then call someone over and no one showed up so we just walked out. horrible customer service! read more

I've visited this Office Depot location twice before without any issues, so I was caught off guard by my experience on April 3rd at Store #3304. I walked straight to the service desk and stood there for about 15 minutes. The associate working the desk -- name started with C -- never greeted me, never looked up, nothing. He then started calling names and helped two people who walked in after me. When I calmly asked why those customers were helped first, he asked if I signed in. I had no idea a sign-in was required -- no one mentioned it on my previous two visits. A simple greeting would have been the perfect opportunity to let me know. I addressed his rudeness directly and walked out. Management needs to invest in basic customer service training. Every person who walks through that door deserves to be acknowledged -- and for the record, coupons and discounts don't change bad behavior. Period. read more

Print service is horrible. Waited an hour and then was told it would be tomorrow. Went to FedEx Kinkos and got it in 2 minutes .

The customer service is horrible you do better going to UPS. All the employees act like they are too busy for their customers.

The two girls working in the copy center tonight were so unhelpful and I didn't get my work completed because of lack of help. They acted like it was an imposition when you ask questions or ask for assistance. I'll have to start going someplace else to get my office work done in the future. read more

Clean store. Well organized. Large selection. Competitive prices. But the employees are extremely cold and robotic. Almost rude. Why?

This is the only Office Depot I come too , But Gabriel was amazing helped me and my dad out with anything that we needed this man deserves a raise , so attentive to every single customer who walked in was sooo efficient just amazing thank you Gabriel! read more

Employee working the isle was great, but management needs to figure out a way to notify incoming customers about the ridiculously priced self service fax machine. Instead of relying on the employees in the printing area to let people know. It looks like a quick cash grab on people who don't have that kind of money in the first place. read more

I go to many OfficeDepot\Max depending on my location but this one is by far my favorite.

I was standing in line for 25 minutes. There were two ladies behind the the print and copy counter. I was totally ignored as they walked right pass me numerous times. They were doing things on the computer and answering phones all while myself and another customer just waited in line. No one bothered to greet us or even take a second to tell us that they would help us soon. Terrible customer service. I even found the time to type this review while I was standing in line. After 32 minutes of waiting I decided to leave. No one even noticed. Office Depot please get it together at this location. read more

This was unbelievable. I used to work at this location and never would've been permitted to act like this to a customer. I went in to ship a package, printed out the label with the self serve. No issues. Then I waited about 15-20 minutes in total to get any help. The girl, young woman with glasses, came in to work and took her time getting settled. There were several people behind me needing assistance, she was apparently the only person in the store capable of helping us so we just had to wait for her. She got settled for work, not acknowledging anyone waiting in line, and then went to the opposite end of the counter to start doing something on a computer. I know she saw me because we made eye contact and I smiled at her. I had to go around the entire counter, saying "excuse me, ma'am?" Several times and she didn't even look up until I was directly in front of her. I needed to ship something and needed to repackage it. She said there wasn't anything she could do for me & left it at that. To have waited so long for something so simple, and treat customers like this when you have a job during a pandemic is beyond me. I don't know if I'll ever go back which is disappointing to me, I always went out of my way to visit this location because I used to work there and wanted to continue to support it however I could. I live in Watauga for reference. Please retrain your CPC employee, this is just ridiculous customer service. read more

This is probably the worst office Depot I've ever been to. I just needed to print couple of papers but it took me over an hour! They called me up to a station and took my USB and then walked off. I couldn't even leave the store bc they had my USB! read more

I make many many runs for the office... Anyway. TODD helped me out three times all in less than 24hrs! He was very patient and helpful. Got me a rewards card. Employees always ask for my number for the "rewards" but never actually offer a card or anything! I def recommend this store! Keep up the great work Todd. You're awesome! I have been in this location three times now and find it to be very well-maintained have a tremendous copy and print center and well designed for the small business versus personal user. They have an abbreviated selection of most merchandise but there will be an easy enough selection to find what you're looking for. Each time I've been in the store I find it to be slightly understaffed but by bringing the items to the central copy and print center they are more than happy to be service oriented and assist you in any selection, Gaby was excellent at this tonight. Anyone who has read a few of my reviews know that I like to double check the facilities and in this case here's the update... The men's room was very clean although they were out of toilet seat covers and running low on toilet paper, admittedly it was 838 at night. The prices are on par for any office supply store and the checkout process was very efficient as there were very few customers in the store. This location has plenty of parking so it is very easy to get in and out of. read more
