Upon entering the business, I was not greeted. I was looked at with a dirty look by Angela. This is the 2nd time I've come to this location and had an issue. I got flyers printed for Valentine's Day & they printed them on the wrong paper. The color was dull which obviously meant the ink needed to be changed. The flyer also was not fitted to the paper as I asked and what made it even worse was the uneven white border. On today, I went to pickup stickers & some other items I needed printed. It was Easter themed. The colors were supposed to be vibrant. The items I received was again faded & opaque looking. They were NOT fitted to the page yet again. I should've taken a picture of how ridiculous it looked. The manager Angela had a nasty attitude. She proceeded to tell me that was what I ordered. I asked for a refund and she snatched the paper and walked off. Very unprofessional and very rude! I would hate to work under a person who half ass does things. I will not be back to this store! It is a couple days later & instead of being refunded, I have been charged twice for the same total. When I called the store, They attempted to say that my card was stolen. LOL! read more

I made a photo print order on Thursday morning, received a confirmation email that my order would be ready on Friday. Friday at 3pm I called the store to check the status of my order. After me re-explaining myself multiple times and being put on hold over and over, the girl came back to the phone and defensively said "we got till 5pm to complete your order." My order (3 prints) was not ready till Sunday afternoon. I just went to pick up my order (Monday) and there was nothing in the bin where it should be filed by last name. When I asked about it and told them about my order, the girl behind the counter found my pictures, just filed in the wrong spot, and corrected me and told me I made the photo order on Saturday. Then when I actually checked my pictures, they're dark and grainy. Bad customer service and bad quality product. I highly do not recommend Office Depot for photo printing services. **I also want to add that I uploaded the original files from a professional photographer, so the poor quality was not on my end. read more

Absolutely deplorable customer service. From the top down. Managers and associates both. To be told that the very nice older couple in front of me and myself couldn't check out from another register by the ONLY employee anywhere near the front at that time because her computer had crashed....all while she was literally laying across her counter, scrolling on her smartphone and had to wait for another associate to come from the back (who was clearly new, yet obviously not properly trained). By the time the employee from the back started checking out the couple in front of me, the only person actively "working" in the store saw there was a line building and immediately came and opened another register. I didn't get his name but I'll be sure to the next time I'm in that location, because of all the employees I observed during my ten minute wait with a very nice older couple, he is the ONLY one qualified to lead and train and define "Customer Service" as it is meant to be.
