This has been my go-to bricks and mortar Offixe Depot for close to 20 years. It hasn't changed much. Cavernous. Usually empty. And often a challenge to find someone to help you. But when you find someone they are helpful. On tongue visit I was picking up some markers ordered online. And bringing cartridges to recycle. The store was warm. Must smelling. The lighting was dank. I spent less than 4 minutes there. Bianca helped me. She was very kind. And I felt badly for her. Having to work in this dump. When it's 95 degrees outside and warm and humid inside. My chair broke earlier today. Yeah, funny when it happens to someone else. Not as funny when you are busy at work. A quick perusal of the area made Office Depot the obvious spot to stop. I got in close to when they closed so I tried to make it a quick and efficient stop. I didn't plan on leaving without a chair so high stepped it to the back where to displays were. i sat in 3 chairs and picked one. I found a manager to check if there were any specials going right now and he quickly pointed out the model I have landed on was already marked down. I didn't have a lot of time left so it the clock made the decision for me, I grabbed it. I even snagged one of those plastic mats that go under chairs(part of the reason my previous one deteriorated is I didn't have a mat I think). The General manger gave a discount on that which I greatly appreciated. I think I was in and out in less than ten minutes. A big part of that was was the helpful couple employees that helped me out. I'm sure they were trying to close the store soon which probably helped my urgency. It was just a quick stop in but a successful one. read more

Customer service onsite is great every time I've been here but there are a few issues that hopefully Office Depot can improve on. This particular location is pretty large, however it's rather dated and doesn't seem to be as great of a selection as other office supply stores. Another big issue is their online ordering system. For some reason, there seems to be a lot of issues syncing and updating their inventory with their online pickups. I've had several issues, in a couple of office depots, where the system did not update accordingly , making the purchase not as seamless as it should be. I have been a loyal customer at this office depot for months now. I am an artist and tend to go here to print out reference pictures. I specifically ask for the lightest lowest quality printer paper and have always gone there in person rather than ordering online because the only choice online is to order a poster which is a nice hard paper, which I obviously didn't want that, Plus when I go in person it usually takes 20 minutes max for the job to be completed. I usually get one on one help from an employee but every employee I've worked with has either been new or seemed clueless. I've come here many times with large prints and have never been charged so much until today. I went there with 3 images I needed printed and they made me wait an entire hour for the lowest quality, wrinkled, wet prints. I kindly discussed that I did not think the service was worth $26 to three managers who all still made me pay full price. Keep in mind $26 was for one image!!! This was never the case and it seemed like they couldn't find the right code in there employee binder to ring me up with. I will no longer be a loyal customer at this office depot, they don't upkeep their printers and make you wait to fix the machine, reload ink, and reload paper, I would have appreciated a compromise on the price for such a long way and horrible quality prints. read more

Office Depot has everything you need for your office. They have printer paper, pens, journals, office furniture, computers (I bought the computer I'm writing this on, there). They have copy services, ink for your printer, new printers, just everything you can imagine. Office Depot even sells candy for your work breaks! They have great sale prices and a discount card for further price reductions. They also compare prices and give you the sale price at their competitors if you bring in the ad. Office Depot has a repair department and offer extended warrantees on large items. I love to just wander the aisles and pick out some new item that I can't live without. I kid you not, I spent 30 minutes waiting for aid in the copy center. All I needed was a quote for an order... wasn't exceptionally busy but service is slow.. Great concept of one stop for copies, shredding, hole-punching and various other office needs, especially with the convenience of a quasi-postal service. I'd say try it out and hope you are the sole customer at the time... Hoping my visit was a rare moment for them and thus others have had a more satisfying experience with them. read more

I still chose to give them a chance but unfortunately I was unable to accomplish what I set out for. Horrible experience here. I was making copies and I asked my daughter to ask Maria for a stapler. Maria yells from across the store that my daughter wasn't allowed to be in the area she was in but there were no signs or a gate to notify customers of that. I even made the mistake of walking back there. She made my daughter cry because she yelled and doesn't know how to treat children. A manager came to see if we were ok. Maria did not apologize and she shouldn't be working with people or children if she does not know that yelling is unacceptable. read more

Totally disorganized... I don't blame this location however I have had such poor service at this location in addition to the awful customer service from corporate. Every time I come to pick up a print order (after receiving email and telephone confirmation that the order is ready at this location) the staff can never find my order. I'm never able to get in and out of this location in under an hour. There is clearly a lack of communication going on. Considering their prices are the same if not higher than local businesses I do not see a reason to pay the same/more for such compromised service. I used there website to find what I was looking for (print cartridge), found it. Paid for it on-line, almost immediately received an email confirmation of my purchase. Saw that I could pick it up within a hour at the store closes to me, I opted to pick it up. I went to the store after a hour had past. They had a designed place for pick-ups, I was assisted by staff who found my purchase. I had to identify myself with my driver license and then I was finished. read more

This place is an all time fail. When we called in advance and about foam core, they asked what that is. I'm sorry, what?! This is an office supply store, right? Do you know what a pencil is?! ...When we called and asked about glitter poster board, they said they were in stock. Poster size? "Yes". We drove 20 minutes into this city to get it. When we arrived, they had legal size glitter posterboard. When we spoke with the manager, we were advised "yes this is the poster board"... But it's not poster sized!! "Oh." They use the excuse that the pricing on the computer does not match the advertised pricing. The last time My wife was there, the cashier tried to open a sealed three pack that was priced as $12 in the store. The cashier wanted to charge $10 for each item in the three pack. I bought a computer there and it malfunctioned within the first week, and they tried to charge me for virus removal, and I had already paid for an antivirus program. Go to another office depot. Having read some reviews regarding service speed, I was prepared to have to go find someone to help me. That's what I did. I found a guy in the tech-support area and stood near him hoping for him to acknowledge me. After about 10 seconds he never looked up, but said "can I help you?" I guess that's better than being ignored, but I think it's always best to look up and smile. This gentleman never did smile, he gave me a very quick answer and when I posed another question, he called for an assistant manager. The assistant manager was great, taking time to try to solve my problem. We were not able to find a solution, but he gave me a lot of good information and for that I'm giving the store three stars. So, if you are going to need assistance with your purchase, you may want to try another nearby store and avoid the frustration. But, if you know what you want and you can just simply go take it off the shelf, this may be the store for you. read more
