I don't buy much there, but I do print quite a bit. The online submission of print documents is terrific (supports all Office Depots). And the Gillette staff have always gotten the jobs done quickly and, when they spot a possible issue, they give me a call to see if want them to tweak the print job. Easy online pay and quick easy pickup. Cheerful print department staff. I'd buy notebook computers there, but they do not carry anything with trackpoints...just the standard touchpads that techno neophytes want. read more

Horrific customer service and a worse tech department. I purchased a new laptop, the tech department installed the software. It crashed shortly afterward. I stood in front of the counter for an hour before I finally made an employee help me. Do not purchase electronics from this store, the management is an embarrassment to the very many wonderful business owners in Gillette. read more

I was visiting family for the Labor Day holiday and needed a new lap top so I thought I would take advantage of the holiday sales. Went to Office Depot because they had a computer at a decent price. When I spoke with the manager he didn't seem eager to sell anything. I needed my information transferred from my old laptop to the new one and needed it back guaranteed in 2 days. He said no it could take up to the three and that was it. Needless to say I didn't purchase anything from that store. read more

When u go in and talk to a manager on a product . U expect them to know what they are selling u when u ask a lot of ? About it then to drive 80 miles home then it not work hmmmm really... Then call store and tec said no that won't work u can bring it back and get a diff product . Kinda jacked up read more
