I purchased 3 (packs of 10) report covers. All of them could not be used because the fasteners were in the wrong place. The middle one will move but not the other two. The young man I spoke to about it said that he could not do anything about it. He said it was because they came in packs of 10. The was one of the managers. Beware when buying ! I will say the lady in the print shop that helped me when I purchased the folders and had some print work done was extremely nice and helpful! read more

I purchased a refurbished computer and copy of Office 365 online; the computer had an invalid copy of windows, so many apps would not work correctly or at all, and I never received the Office 365. The nice lady in the printing section with the longer brown hair was so nice to us tonight. The rental pc wasn't working and she helped us got our info submitted to get transcripts for employment. I wish all employees could be that nice and then told us to have a good night on our way out. I wish I was treated that way in every store. read more
