Another poor visit to Office Depot in Mishawaka. Wonder how much longer they can go on in business treating their paying customers this way. We are a tax exempt business, so it's easier if I have to visit the store on the fly to go in get the item number I need and place and pay for it online. Foregoing the tax exempt certificate and having to carrying the business credit card. After placing the order online and paying I took the item to the cashier stand where the cashier threw a temper tantrum the likes of a three year old. You would think I had caused them so much trouble. I'm like "really?" here is the item all you have to do is print out the pickup slip. She walked away still going on and another cashier came over and said ignore her, printed out the paper and off I went. Why do you put up with that. I literally saved an employee from goin and getting the item blah, blah, blah. If only there was an alternative in town. I guess that's how you get away with it. read more

Print department is amazing !!! Disappointed in customer service within store. I wanted to purchase a specific printer. I asked for help and lady said kinda sharp if it's not out we do not have it. She commented that they are expecting a delivery the next day. I asked could they call if one is on the shipment and she said no. You just need to call the store. We do not call customers. It's not that they would not call it was the attitude. I walked out before I commented. I hope this is a one time occurrence. read more

So, I saw in my Sunday paper that Office Depot had Sharpie markers for .25 cents on sale! That's a good deal , so Friday afternoon I drive 10 miles over to the store and they basically have nothing left! A few odd-ball colors, but basically cleaned-out. I talk to some "sales associate" who tells me "Sorry, when the product is gone it's gone- no rain checks". So, I ask for the manager, "Dan" comes over and I can see the first "sales associate" standing their with a smirk and a big grin on his face as he watches "Dan" walk towards me, he obviously thinks this is funny. Manager "Dan" tells me the same thing "Sorry no rain checks, substitutions - when their gone, their gone". Absolutely NO customer -compassion or service! So, I went over to Office Max (Office Depot and Office Max have recently merged) and the manger there, "Eric", basically told me the same thing, but when I pushed him on the customer service issue he did finally offer to sell me a set of Sharpies for the sale price of .25 cents each. I didn't get the "exotic" colors I wanted , but at least "Eric" did finally come around and try to offer some customer service. read more

Office Depot - Big advertisement sent to a million homes in the greater South Bend area- but NO Sharpies to buy !!!! - Office Equipment Near Me - Mishawaka, Indiana

When I shop here I usually buy planners and certain office supplies. I like the variety of office supplies that they carry and some of their merchandise aren't your typical office supplies that one would find at places like Meijer or Walmart etc. Such as supplies that aren't standard in appearance. However there's the price factor and some of Office Depot's supplies can be steep. I purchased a planner and it was cute pink, and girly but but not that out of the ordinary and it set me back $27.00. Yeeeeah....That's a bit much. My interactions with Office Depot's staff has usually been pleasant and they've always been helpful and professional. I just usually venture to Office Depot when I'm looking for particular office items that I may not be able to find elsewhere otherwise I go somewhere else to make the rest of my office purchases. read more

They would not do an online order return. Would not help find the stylist pen I needed for tablet. Went online and was unable to return stylist pen that their online chat said would work. Now I'm out $20. Very disappointed and won't be shopping Office Max anymore. read more

They are so slow in their job, i didn't see anyone in the line and still they insist that they're busy. What a bad place to print your materials. read more

The young male manager is just rude. I cringe every time I have to go into this store.
