Usually it's not that bad but because I was doing this for a family member, it felt like my lack of knowledge and/or ability to get information was a sin. I won't lie, the printed labels from home were blurry while still scannable. A simple sorry for the inconvenience would have been great. At least it wouldn't feel like they hate life and everyone else.

We wanted to frame and hang it in our home. We spoke to Matt and explained what we would like to do. We showed him the photograph and he proceeded to make suggestions on the frame style and color, mat color and thickness, the type of glass as well as decorative edging on the mat. Yes there is different types of glass and thicknesses of mats that can make a difference. After several days, Matt sent a picture to me on my phone showing what it would look like for our approval. It wasn't inexpensive but it turned out to be exquisite and just what we envisioned. The professionalism, ability to turn our ideas and vision into reality and the timing took a talented artist and framer's mind to do all of this. Yes you could get it done cheaper but not the way this photograph turned out. We are to say the least pleased.
