Had pixels that was messed up and back of iPhone 15pro was broken. Installed new front screen and…read morehad the back ordered. When I got to vehicle Face ID not working. Went back in and was told it was a chip behind screen that all would be taken care of when back was replaced. Came back same guy wasn't there and the lady working opened phone up but said she couldn't do anything she had to wait for guy that she was sick. Came back again at 10 am Saturday and although it says they open at 10 no one was there. I went to another shop down the street thinking that there was a different issue and fixing back would solve issue. The new tech told me they did not use a premium screen that's your issue he in front of me unplugged the screen from universal. Plugged in his screen and it worked flawless no issue. Brought screen back to universal because they opened and they are saying warranty voided! No refund for screen that did not work on 2 attempts for them to fix! Back would fix it and the screen doesn't control facial recognition. I watched new tech. He did nothing except unplug screen from Universal and plug in his screen! No refund hence this review.
