Was on a road trip and my phone's long-suffering USB port finally crapped out for good. This was a problem as I was on a drive between Georgia and Texas. Fortunately, I checked uBreakiFix locations along the route home and it turned out that there was one on the way. Sadly, it wasn't just gunk in the USB port, but it was corroded enough that it needed replacing, and the parts and labor came to about a hundred and sixty dollars. I was very satisfied with the time it took. From dropping the phone off to completely replacing the USB charger took a little under an hour and a half and then I was on my way. This is the final on my July 25th interaction with this place, I called 3 times, the first a young kid had no idea what I was talking about, I called 2 more times in one week and never received a call back, I stopped in one morning just when they opened and was told the guy who worked on my phone wasn't working that day, I had to work out of state for 4 weeks, it got so bad I took it to a Apple store in the state I was in, As soon as I told him how the phone was acting, He said you had the glass replaced and I'm not going to lie, So I told him yes, He handed the phone to me and said they wouldn't touch it unless I signed a waver releasing them of liability if they did more damage taking the FAUX screen off, ubreakifix web site says original Apple Screen replacement THATS NOT TRUE that's why it dosen't work correctly He explained about the button should have been replace from the old screen and some very fragile wires, for what they wanted to charge me to just open it and fix it I could by a new phone, as of Friday swiping pages is hard it dosen't want to move, I called the tech at Apple and he said it's only going to get worse, so I had to order a new phone! I thought my iPhone 12 needed the charging port replaced due to my chargers had to be wiggled in to get to take a charge. I cleaned all the pocket lint and dust out but still no good. I went in the store and they took my phone in back for a chemical cleaning and 5 minutes later it was repaired like new and done at a very affordable price. I truly wish I wouldn't taken pictures of my phone screen before and after. I took my phone in to repair a shattered screen Saturday, Jan 23rd, left it for FOUR HOURS which we all understand is inevitable but still a HUGE inconvenience. Picked it up, screen replaced, all is good (or so I thought)... by the next morning my phone hadn't charged overnight and I didn't notice it. It died Sunday evening... so I have to dig to find a literal alarm clock in my garage (being that we all use our phones now). Took it back Monday morning, technician determined that the battery had come loose when replacing my screen before then because they weren't careful removing the NEW screen it snagged and cracked on the battery that wasn't properly seated so now they needed to replace the screen AGAIN and it would take 2-3 more hours... so my 3 kids and I drive around while they are fixing my phone (again) only to have the screen to become discolored and not function properly a few days after I picked it up. I finally found the time this week to take it back again (for the 3rd time), only to be told that they were unable to honor the warranty (even though I'm still well within the time frame) on the repair because it was "obvious physical damage" caused by me... and trust when I say, if I spend $216 on a repair, that sucker better work like it did the day I took it out the box! Today he offered me a 25% discount to replace the screen for a 3rd time. No thank you, I'd rather go back to my Nokia from 2002 than give you another red cent! read more

Brought my sons xbox in for HDMI port repair. After arriving home and inspecting the port, I noticed the port was split. Didnt think much of it, I trusted when they told me it all worked. Plugged everything in and worked fine at first. After a couple weeks of being plugged in and wires untouched on the same tv, it started giving me trouble. Distorted picture or no picture. Unplugged and tried on another tv, same issue. Returned to store before warranty ended. They inspected and claimed physical damage on my part. I refused to accept that answer knowing full well the port was rarely touched and when it was, it was finessed. They claim this is the first time this has happened and because of that, it is not likely to happen. Simple google review search turned up, almost exact same problem with a PS4. read more

I took my XS max in for a battery and screen repair with all functions working. When I received my phone back my Face ID no longer was working. I reset my phone and it states that's "Face ID is not available". When I called to voice my complaint, they blamed it on "board damage" when I never had a problem with my Face ID prior to them "repairing" my phone. read more

I am very glad I found the shop. I had problems with my IPhone sound. I thought the speaker needs to be replaced BUT it was only dirty. They cleaned it and voila - works again. And when I asked they even didn't want a fee. I will definitely go again when I have problems with my phone or IPad. And super friendly! read more

Worst experience ever. The guy working acted like I was an idiot and then the price he quoted for my iPhone 8 Repair was outrageous. I ended up going to iPhone Lafayette on Kaliste Saloom and they were much nicer and ALOT cheaper. read more
