CO-WORKING SPACE -- I first visited Limelight on a Sunday in January 2021 for a private event from a female organization that I am apart of (The Beauty Boost). During the event, we listened to a speaker and we got to write or draw out vision boards for the year ahead. I got a tour of the space and realized how BIG it is inside. I visited again to try out my free day pass in April 2021. I worked there for most of the day (about 6 hours) and being there made me miss the office environment because I now strictly work remotely (work from home). The ladies working at the little front desk area allowed me to stay past 5pm if I wanted to which was nice of them because I got there around 10am and I needed to work for more than 5 hours. During my April visit, a man seating at my table showed my friend Noelle and I the rooftop deck, along with 2 other people who came along. The rooftop deck is connected with an apartment building and it is beautiful. The chairs on there are cute but the view is just fine. It is nice taking a quick work break to enjoy some sunshine on the rooftop. PROS - 1) Huge Co-Working Space and beautiful 2) Plenty of tables and wall outlets for your laptop 3) If you need 2 screens to work with, they have free desktop monitors to use with connecting cables (great for those of you want who want to use both a laptop and a monitor) 4) Free tea, coffee, and fruit 5) A self-serve snack bar - they work on the honour system so you will pay for this yourself 6) An attached small cafe at the entrance where you can buy drinks and mini-bites (I think they sell sandwiches) 7) Bathrooms 8) Private rooms for conference calls or conferences 9) Smaller rooms for phone calls 10) Open seating 11) Paid seating in private Mini-Offices for small business 12) Amazing rooftop deck 13) Fridge and microwave so you can pack your food and bring it here 14) Comfortable chairs and sofas to sit on 15) Free parking across the street at the hospital parking lot CONS 1) If you are visiting for just a day (free guest pass), you can only use the space from 9am to 5pm when the building is staffed. After 5pm, the front doors lock and you will need a keycard to get in. Only members have a keycard so if you are a guest and you want to stay after 5pm, you can't leave to grab dinner because the door will be locked by the time you come back. I highly recommend Limelight in the Ohio City neighbourhood of Cleveland and I wish I had the money in my budget to come here 3 times a week. P.S. They are building a 2nd location in Cleveland which is going to be part of a new high-end apartment building called "Electric Gardens" in the Tremont neighbourhood of Cleveland. I was in town visiting for a quick work trip and had the pleasure of experiencing limelight for the day with my team. From the moment we entered the space, I was drooling over their plant collections, stunning wallpapers, and fun decor. The space made me think of eclectic decor from a mix of travels and vintage shops. You'll find a variety of spaces ranging from phone call booths and conference rooms to communal tables and privately rented offices. There is a communal kitchen offering tea and coffee daily. Rumor has it that they offer a variety of programming throughout the year for members. It's hard to beat the convenience of the Ohio City location with several shops and restaurants within arm's reach. Parking is also available on the back end of the building in addition to public street parking. Grateful for our cozy day of work in this beautiful space.

It still has historical name - The Fairmount Creamery. Inside it's all remodeled and repurposed. The building now serves as an apartment complex and office rental space. It houses 30 residential suites and 6 commercial offices. It's very conveniently located between Ohio City and Tremont, both in demand neighborhoods. I can't comment about living here. I can only state that the building is very modern and pristine. It has very urban chic vibes. It's also attached to the Tremont Athletic center which is very convenient for any health conscious residents. Parking lot is spacious and impressive for this area. I will comment about the rooftop! It's a gem! I visited this rooftop on many occasions over the years! I visited it during Tremont Athletic Club events and most recently for Greyt Culture's Golden Hour. The rooftop has a gorgeous 360 degree view of CLE. It has flowers and what seemed like herbs. It also has a bar. It's definitely a gorgeous amenity for any residents! Most recently, I attended fall-themed daytime co-working event with a few friends. My review includes collective experiences. AMBIANCE: Modern, industrial chic vibes with exported brick walls, faux metal walls, concrete looking walls, and innovative lighting. It's a beautiful juxtaposition with comfortable velvet furniture found around the space. Interest murals (like space) and colorful accent furniture decorate the space. You'll find plenty of space to work - open area in the space meeting room, front of the co-working space that resembles a cafe (with an abundance of natural light), or mid-building with comfy tables and booths. The space well caters to different working scenarios. There are offices (38 total) for entrepreneurs, meeting rooms (various sizes) for teams, talk rooms for two guest conversations, phone booths for private calls. There is also a podcast studio with soundproof setup for the creators. Arcade for team building. I observed that most guests prefer offices or large meeting spaces. After all, the name of the coworking center is for the "hatching of ideas." This co-working center has two kitchenettes where you can find coffee machines, fridges, and microwaves. Be on the lookout for snacks shared by office mates. I got a lot of snacks during my coworking day and really enjoyed it. CoHatch offered fall display - hot and cold apple cider, the most delicious caramel, apples, fall cookies and small bites. MEMBERSHIP: CoHatch offers tours and free first day passes available via their site. There are opportunities to checkout their space during Eventbrite events - networking and co-working days. Memberships have various tiers - day passes, business day passes, starter/part-time and unlimited coworking. All tiers get you access to all CoHatch locations during business hours, free workshops, events, guest passes, free guest Fridays, and other perks. The prices are clearly listed on the site with the lowest tier being $120. One notable perk is access to vacation homes that is certainly not offered anywhere else locally. The space is never crowded so that you can have a private work space and low traffic experience. NEIGHBORHOOD: The neighborhood of Hingetown is very walkable. You can easily walk to the nearby coffee shops, boutiques, apartments, bars, and restaurants. There are so many notable destinations around that area! Parking in the area is a bit complex but the coworking center has onsite parking lot. All in all, it's a fun place to work for a change of pace in a vibrant area. When I visited in May 2023, I stayed for about 5 hours. I got to stay for free because the first usage is free. This is a co-working space in Ohio City and they have another location in Beachwood. Everyone gets their first visit for free which is a nice offering. INSIDE -- It is quite large inside with seating available on the first and second floors. I sat on the first floor and worked on my laptop. The space includes private offices that businesses rent out and there are conference rooms available to use which must be paid and booked for in advance. They also have small phone rooms with a chair for people who want to have private phone conversations. TEA/COFFEE/WATER -- They provide complimentary tea, coffee, and water which is great and there are mugs that can be used. A dishwasher is available to place used mugs in. FRIDGE/MICROWAVE -- They have a fridge and microwave so if you want to pack your lunch then you can eat it here which is exactly what I did when I visited. Parking is located for free on the street which can be difficult to find in Ohio City but they have a small parking lot attached to the bar that is located right next to the space. I received a $50 gift card from a friend so I definitely will be back to either this location or their much bigger Beachwood location. My booking experience and the lack of service motivated me to consider other businesses. Regus website is complex. There is no clear definition of what the space offers - amenities, access directions, straightforward pricing, or anything concrete. After filling out the contact form, I reached out to corporate via phone. I was connected to a receptionist who couldn't answer any questions. I was then connected to reservations. This process did not seem efficient. I was on hold with reservations forever. As a busy business professional, this lack of service and intake process did not work for me. I simply had no time to wait. I can confidently guess that the lack of expedited purchase process, sign-up and service will discourage other potential customers from using the facilities. I used another co-working space registering within minutes.
