What stood out to me is that each technique and moved she used seemed intentional and catered to my needs. It didn't feel like a routine. The pressure was just right and she really did try to get all my knots out. She made sure to focus on what I asked her to. I also really appreciated that she reminded me to breathe and not hold my breath. I do this all the time during massages and never really realized.
