The timing and sequence of events raise serious red flags. Presenting an attractively priced unit, confirming interest, and then quickly claiming it is no longer available -- only to redirect potential renters to significantly more expensive options -- strongly resembles a bait-and-switch tactic. Whether this is a pattern or not, the experience felt misleading and highly unprofessional. Renters are making major financial decisions, and this type of conduct erodes trust.
