I am in California, you are in Illinois, and your website didn't ask for tax. His explanation is they shipped direct from the motor supplier, so they have to collect tax. My explanation is I bought it from you, not your motor supplier, so your reseller certificate should cover the tax problem. and you should ship it to Illinois, if you want to avoid that. Well, Gilly the manger doesn't care, and told me its the law, blah blah blah, and even though I explained to him how taxes work, and its who your buying it from not who your shipping it to. The fact that this company docent want to ship it into their warehouse, they want to ship it direct is the reason the tax is being triggered, even though they had the wrong price on the motor, and are continuing to waste my time, they don't seem to care. Their web site say Customer Service is our number one goal for 60 years, well I beg to differ. They clearly don't care about me or my needs, and just want to nickel and dime me. ORDER CANCLED!!!
