Often, places that are a little higher end, get full of themselves and get weird, but these folks were great. This store looked like all of their others and had a nice layout and selection. The kids' area has plenty of reading space, tables, chairs, a small play stage and puppets, and tons of books and toys to look at. The rest of Barnes and Noble could keep me sucked in for way too long. All the books and journals and cards and etc., etc., etc. Employees are always nice and helpful. I actually park nearby this store and enter the mall through it every time I come because I feel like it sets a peaceful tone for the rest of the madness.

There have been multiple occasions that I have gone in and been ignored by staff and stood around for ten minutes before anyone has said anything. There have been times where I am in the middle of a transaction and the employees will start talking to a coworker out of nowhere, slowing down my experience. If this was a one or two time thing I can understand, it gets busy, but every time I walk into this store I am appalled. There are other issues as well, such as them misrepresenting prices on games, having things out on the floor that aren't actually available, and very clearly not knowing the merchandise they are selling. I would give this place 0 stars if I could but I can't. Please do not go to this store, your money and time are better spent at another game stop location.
