I set my new printer down at the cash register, and the cashier couldn't get the belt to move. I set it very close to him where is barely needed to reach to pick it up. He gets all sassy after not saying a word to me and slams my new printer down in front of him. He then carries it away without saying a word and has to unlock the security tag to it. He walks back over to the register and tosses the printer on its side, hard af too. I see my total pop up on the screen but I hear nothing from him still. Dude just broke the printer I wanted right in my face and didn't even say a word while doing it. Took my ahh over to Best Buy and told the cashier about it and we laughed at his goofy self. Go over to Walmart across the street to get treated better, and that's saying something.

They re-delivered the new one and hauled the other one away, no questions asked. New one is perfect! They stand behind the quality of their products and do what it takes to ensure that their customers are happy.

Time before that, I bought a 9pc ratchet extension set, 3pc ratchet swivel set and magnetic bolt holder for less than $15. Most employees on the floor are helpful and know where items are kept.
