The building is more of a warehouse than an office building and while the owners have gone out of their way to decorate and organize the space, the reality is this is a warehouse with an open 20 foot ceiling. The actual offices have 10 foot partitions but no real ceiling. So you really have no privacy to have private conversations on the phone or in a computer meeting. When I was there, the people in a neighboring office were talking loud and dropping cuss words every now and then. While I'm not a prude when it comes to language but if I were on a call with a client or a Teams or Zoom call, the background noise and talking probably would come through. The idea when renting an office is that you get privacy. I understand if I rented just a desk, no such privacy privileges would be expected.

The corners of walls had chipped paint, the chairs looked nice from afar but felt cheap, the cafeteria had complimentary coffee but only foam cups. There were cold calling agents walking in, clearly selling random things from digital advertising to insurance. Some of whom were loitering in the kitchen watching TV. This is a perfect spot if you're looking for a cheap place for meetings. $500 for a conference room all day. The tech works - the WiFi was fast, there were monitors and cables to cast...and most importantly it's near the strip. But because of the lack of finish, and the number of customer support agents, I would not bring a customer to meet here.
