Was very happy with the service provided. He contacted me within 20 minutes of posting my problems that I was having over the phone and walked me through a couple of things I could do on my own and test if it worked since it was a time sensitive repair I needed (had tournaments to attend) that way I wouldn't even need to take it in. Unfortunately my pc had many more issues than I was able to solve on my own. The GPU from the factory was not well put together with WAY too much flux and thermal paste and the heat sink not even touching the component it was supposed to be taking heat from, cpu also had some similar problems and my ssd was also corrupt and had problems. Throughout the entire process he sent me pictures of the components before (showing the problem) and then after he had fixed it and he kept me in the loop on what he was doing. Not only did he get the computer to run but he improved it and optimized it removing all of the bloatware and 3rd party data collecting apps as well as adding a ssd cooler and resurfacing components for a better connection. I will definitely be going to him the next time I buy a pc to go through and nip the quality control issues at the factory in the bud and make sure its good BEFORE it becomes a big problem. read more

I have never written a review in my life, but I feel it is the best way to express my gratitude. Will is an incredible human being. I was having trouble with my printer's colored ink, and succeeded only in making a mess of the inside of my printer. I was afraid I might have to get a new one altogether. I found this company on the internet and was so fortunate to get Will on the other end of the line. If I remember correctly, he could not physically work on my type of printer. However, he recommended several options over the phone, and even warned me not to do one of them multiple times, as it could damage the printer. He explained everything very well. In short, he actually wanted to help me, even though he would not make any money from it. The advice he gave me ended up working, and my printer is completely fixed. However, even if it didn't end up working, I so appreciate Will.
