They really need to allow 0 star ratings for scammers/thieves like this…read more.. This man just attempted to place what he referred to as a "large" order - $1,000 (RED FLAG #1 - a grand is not a large wholesale order) - but refused to place the order online or at least email/text so we could confirm accuracy - RF #2. He was difficult to understand as he has a thick Indian accent but would not give the phone to someone else or as I said, put it in writing. When we persisted and said there will be mistakes with your order as we cannot understand you - he said, "I don't care if there's mistakes" - RF #3. What business owner doesn't care if they are shipped the wrong items, at the wrong price, to the wrong address? When asked for payment, he argued that he had terms - RF #4; however, we do not provide terms to ANYONE. He finally gave us a credit card but provided no name and no contact info other than the phone number he was calling on (which we pulled from caller ID, he did not provide it willingly) and his shipping address - RF #5. We debated on whether or not to fulfill the order and thankfully, when we googled the address, we found these reviews which made our decision for us. Review - FINAL Red Flag and nail in the coffin. Now I'm wondering what can we do to assist in preventing him from scamming other manufacturers/distributors when we have no name. Would anyone care? If it worth calling the cops or his bank? Should I contact the trade shows and see if they can ban him from attending? I want to do something if possible.

Since we had never done business with him, we told him he would need to pay shipping and half up front and we agreed to do net 30 for the remaining amount. He has now submitted a fraudulent charge on his credit card against the 50% plus shipping charge! Even if the card company rules in our favor, we will certainly never see the remaining amount he owes us. So BEWARE this business!

If you need furniture don't miss this place!…read more It doesn't matter if you need one desk and task chair for your home office or if you're responsible for buying 100+ executive offices/administrative workstations. Their showroom is beautiful and when you enter you will be greeted by friendly staff. They aren't pushy, but they are educated to guide you in the right direction and will work with you and your budget. There is a variety of price points from very affordable to high-end executive furniture lines. They make the process so easy, providing written quotes, drawings, etc. They'll even come to YOUR location to measure. When the furniture is ready, their own crew delivers, installs and cleans up the mess. It's such a great stress-free process. I'd give it six stars!!

This is THE place to buy office furniture. There's simply no place to compare with it anywhere on…read moreLong Island, certainly not a Staples, Office Max or IKEA. I needed to buy a single task chair for my home office, but I was treated with the care and service as if I were a corporate customer. The showroom is terrific (so many options) and runs the gamut from simple to high-end. I never felt rushed or hassled as I tried out chairs--and I tried out a LOT of them. The particular task chair I settled on offered a gazillion options, and Steve who took care of me was so patient as I went through them to make the choices that worked best for me, right down to colors and fabrics. Finally, the price he was able to give me was well below the list price. Other things to know: location is very convenient, right off the LIE, and plenty of parking in front and back. Don't be dissuaded by the plain brick-and-mortar exterior of the building in which the showroom is located; once you step inside, you'll be delighted with the quality of what you see. The range of furniture and custom options is astounding, and you couldn't find a nicer or more knowledgeable staff anywhere. Don't think twice--this is where you want to purchase your office or home office furniture.
