Supe said they said would deliver after 3:00 since I work till 2:00. Thurs. robocall said 2 hr. window 8:00-10:00am. 2 hrs on phone till Supe finally confirmed delivery changed to 2:00 to 4:00. Told her I work till 2:00 and wouldn't be home till 2:45. After long hold, she confirmed after 3:00. Sat. received call @ work from driver @ 1:40 saying delivery would be there at 2:00. I said they'd have to wait or come back, I can't get there and they refused to wait. Another hour on hold after 2 disconnects & told by Supe they will come back. Its 3:20 and still waiting. Update: 4:48 Called to find out where they are & they said they can't make it. Truck returned to warehouse. Have to re-schedule a 2 hr. window again. Unbelievable !
