She truly was so flexible to try and come up with an optimal solution for me and in a very short time. And upon arrival, she was masked and distanced as per our current pandemic conditions. Not only are the workers undertrained, the customers seem to have no idea how to help with efficiency. The employees are very nice and willing to help but it's completely unprofessional that you have to hold the line up to call your boss to ask for pricing! It's really not their faults it's such a mess- a good owner/manager would look ahead for pitfalls and solve them early. The only thing that will help this location is having two separate lines. With only two people working, it's completely unfair to the people who simply need to have their packages scanned for drop off to have to wait 45 minutes in line because someone gets up to the counter and takes FOREVER. I've held my tongue long enough about this store! I'm done coming here. UPS itself needs to upgrade the inside of this store to be bigger, they need to hire more workers, and if they can implement a self-scan station, that will save everyone so much time and frustration.
