Needed to get some documents notarized for the real estate transaction and had a very small window to get it done. Required an early morning(Saturday) meeting with Ben. He was Awesome. I was on a layover at George Bush IAH airport the day before Thanksgiving (Wednesday) and needed 2 documents notarized before a 9am Friday morning court appearance in Portland, OR. After striking out on all the notaries in Portland trying to set up an appointment, I called Ben and even though he was very busy, he was open to meeting me in a couple hours at a Starbucks I found online. He communicated during the time I was waiting so I didn't feel like he was going to stand me up. The whole process took about 10 minutes or less and then he offered to take me back to the airport. What was looking like a very stressful situation turned into a great experience with someone who cared for the customer's needs more than his own.
