Totally cool.
Open kitchen. Laid back, friendly Italian owner who's only desire is to make creative food. Order the menu (35 euros). If your budget wants to go south of that, then hope for a good buccatini all'amatriciana, or a spaghetti con piselli e speck (I'm not even sure of the name, and it won't matter). All of the spaghetti/buccatini dishes are amazing. I've also had the pork tenderloin, and two fish dishes. Last time I was there I did Christmas dinner with a dear friend and we had the vegetarian menu (including a kind of enormous ravioli stuffed with rasberry filling). Whatever night you go, be prepared to be delighted and surprised. The guys and gals that work this place, who all seem to be young, are making really good food. read more
