The menu includes a number of different options across the Italian dining spectrum but they will also, for example, cut a piece of beef and cook it to order for a small charge. We saw one table of what looked like a work meetup all getting custom steaks. We started off with a plate of the Farinata (a chickpea flour bread) to share and a bottle of red wine, then I had the Spaghetti Alla Colatura di Alici (anchovies, garlic, and more). It was super delicious but I had serious regrets after seeing the next table with the grilled squid that looked beyond amazing.
