I mean they went so far out of their way to help me, to the point where I'm suspicious whether certain reviews were a disgruntled ex employee or partner. The staff seem to mesh well and have a fun environment. And I'll point out too that the woman at the front desk (semi transparent glasses) was extraordinarily thoughtful and welcoming, and helped me find some things I've had a hell of a time trying to find elsewhere.

They found my print jobs (didn't tell me that they did) and then acted as if my files were not useable -- when they were high quality PDFs ready for print. They were also sent the original Ai files as backup through a file transfer website and continued to tell me that my files were unusable. Even though when they download my files through the file transfer website, it alerts me by email. Sure -- claim that the files are unusable when you haven't even downloaded them. Terrible company. Terrible communication. Super unprofessional.
