Brian cannot even follow directions for the layout of a shower drawing. After the third time he finally got it. We had to babysit them every step of the way. They will cut corners as soon as you blink (horrible ethics sorry no ethics). Trim not glued, drywall seams single coat, corners crooked, they also tried put one coat of paint on everything until we caught them. Just a horrible experience so stay away from them. I also found out that they have had several name changes and a F rating from the better business bureau. Stay away from Procare we caught the owner in several lies as well. Good luck and keep in mind that we are still paying for ProCares horrible work to be fixed. I am still finding issues from their poor work more than two years later.

Staff at Northgate argued that the lousy printed sales receipt should have been good enough. Instead of helping they argued. The new Speed Queen dryer did not work from day one. Service replaced a belt but dryer still did not work. Needed a second repair for disconnected wires. Not what I expected from Speed Queen. Not a satisfied customer. Three-star rating is a gift.
