Our experience with this offsite venue was outstanding from start to finish. Hosting a two-day event can be complex, but their team made everything feel seamless. Every detail was handled with precision--rooms were set up exactly as needed and always on time, meals were consistently ready as scheduled, and the bathrooms were spotless throughout the event. What truly set this venue apart was the staff. Shaun and everyone we interacted with were incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely committed to making our event a success. Offsite - A Great Spot for Any Meeting or Event! I've used Offsite twice now for company meetings, and it's been a fantastic experience both times. The space itself is really versatile, with multiple levels that give you different vibes for each part of your event. The first time, we had a smaller meeting for about 15 people, and the second time, we used it for a larger group of 35. For our most recent meeting, we took advantage of all three floors, which worked perfectly for different types of meetings. We were able to mix things up throughout the day, and then finished with a great happy hour. The main floor was transformed into a stylish cocktail lounge, which was a great way to wrap up the day. Shaun is always a pleasure to work with--he's super accommodating and makes sure everything goes off without a hitch. The staff is also fantastic, and really attentive to our needs. I'm already planning our next meeting at Offsite, and I look forward to working with them again. We held our Annual End-of-the-Year event here and I immediately fell in love with the space. This two-story yet cozy event space was exactly the size we needed to mix and mingle but not feel like your boss was watching have that second (third) glass of wine. The second story loft over looks the inital entry room which is adorned with round couches and modern decorations and a screen for presentations which led to the kitchen area. Despite the tall ceilings the noise level was never deafening. Enough about the space, let's talk food. The catering was superb and the layout was perfect. The sliders and shrimp rolls took the cake, but the pita and hummus trays were delicious as well. I missed out on the giant wall of candy, but I did see some people have one (or five) S'mores on a stick and I even saw some colleagues leave with a to-go plate with candy piled high. Overall, OFFSITE was a fantastic venue for ~100 people. It is gorgeous yet contemporary, elegant yet casual and corporate yet intimate. I truly had the best time and hope to be back next year! read more

I attended an event here put on by Facebook, so I do not know anything about renting the space and those logistics. As a participant, though, I really loved this versatile space. It includes various seating arrangements, lots of little inspiring areas and decorations. The catering for breakfast and lunch were very good, and there's a go-to fridge on each floor, which has extra beverages for participants. The air conditioning, though, was on way too high in the upstairs area, and no one could figure out how to turn it down. Otherwise, it was a well-run event! read more

I had the pleasure of attending a few parties at OFFSITE - which is an event and meeting space in midtown. This place is RIDICULOUSLY gorgeous. Its basically three floors of a design and tech dream. The main floor has a beautiful shimmery screen on a product display wall on one side, couches and huge tv screens on the side, and a kitchen in the back. If you look up, you see a mezzanine room overlooking the main floor. Upstairs features floor to ceiling white boards (guests were all over that in a hot second) and a huuge removable conference table. It's a lot of fun standing by the rail and looking at the main floor. The underground floor is designed sort of like a classroom with really fun and happy colors. Everything is just really beautiful, even their bathrooms. I really loved the space. They also put up a real-time twitter tracker on one of the screens, which was a blast. I kept tweeting with the hashtag they gave us for the event and seeing myself on it. Overall, I think its a genius space. I can't wait to be back. read more

We held our first company event at OFFSITE in early August 2012, just a week or two after the event location opened. Working and coordinating remotely from Chicago, it's a given that we were nervous. But OFFSITE was ready. Holding our event at this location was the best decision we could have taken. Shaun, Patrick and staff made us, the event, the sponsors and the attendees look really, really good. For an organizational point of view, it seems that they had not only thought of everything that might be required for an event but they also anticipated needs. The space was manipulated to perfectly - PER.FECT.LY - suit our needs. Above and beyond expectations, Shaun and Patrick were there to help us out during and after the event and helped iron out any kinks that might have occurred. I'm sure that some incidents did occur and we were blissfully held unaware, able to concentrate on our guests and sponsors. The staff was amazing too, professional, helpful and fun to be around. And it was also noted that the service didn't stop when the event stopped, but continued after as well, making sure that those lost papers and boxes were carefully delivered to us back in Chicago. Both attendees and sponsors to the event are still raving about it today. I'd say that OFFSITE deserves five stars plus a gold star. read more

I just had an offsite training today at...offsite! The space is spectacular! From the outside it's almost unnoticeable. Once you walk in, it is very cozy yet abstract. It's kind of hard to explain. It almost looks like a home but with a weird twist. It has a lot of abstract art and sculptures on the walls and the rooms have really funky wall paper and furniture (cool funky...not weird funky). The overall feel is welcoming and conducive to project work. Also they had tons of snacks and drinks. I had plenty of gummy candies, pretzels, nespresso and Perrier! And the staff was so friendly and accommodating! I would love an opportunity to go back! I image it being even more fun for a company party!! read more

This venue is spectacular. I came here for a roundtable event they were hosting and it did not disappoint. As soon as you walk in you are courteously greeted by their employees who can check in your coat. You then walk down the hallway and feel as if you are in this modern home out of Architectural Digest Magazine. There is this "living room" type of area next to another inviting large open concept formal dining/kitchen room. Now this is a venue and each of these rooms can be set up for your event/meeting however you wish. There is then another room up the stairs that is a more formal meeting room that can be set up however you wish (see their pictures). The entire space is modern, unique, spacious and inviting at the same time. The staff is also very nice and accommodating. I really love this space and look forward to planning one of my events here. read more

I have so many good things to say I don't even know where to begin. I will list them. This is a review for an evening corporate party: Owners: I have to start here because they were simply outstanding. From providing small touches we had not even thought of to being incredibly friendly (in this city, hard to find) and easy to work with every step of the process. They run a tight ship and take pride in their work. NICEST GUYS EVER. Did I mention nice? You're not going to find this level of service at area restaurants, trust me, I know. Staff: 5 STARS! I wish I had gotten everyone's names to list them all, the Bartenders, the Coat Check, the folks on the floor helping out were all kind, professional, and attentive. We laughed a lot. One bartender took the time to learn a bunch of our names and spent time getting to know us. Beyond. Space: It's even better than the pictures. Perfect. Food: We used their caterers and it was SO GOOD. Only negative is it was a bit cold but they have microwaves on both floors for us and no one cared. Over-order if your group has some heavy eaters, there will not be food leftover. If you're looking for a midtown corporate party event place and sick of times square restaurants, this is it. read more

We had a company party at OFFSITE last night for about 90 people. The space is incredibly nice and inviting. The lighting was good and the music was not too loud. The staff could not be nicer. Every person I interacted with (including the owner) was genuinely kind and welcoming. We will definitely use OFFSITE again for corporate events. read more

I organized a corporate offsite meeting at the Offsite Loft space a few months ago and heard nothing but positive reviews from our management team. Patrick and Shaun where a pleasure to work with. They answered all of my questions clearly and effectively and where very helpful in accommodating our IT team that needed to test their equipment prior to our meeting date. The space itself is clean, modern, well lit, and overall a perfect setting for a brainstorming session or any smaller team offsite event. The elevator opens up to face reception directly. From reception the floor is split into three parts: meeting room on the left hand side, kitchen and dining area on the right. We where able to choose from a few seating arrangement options for both the meeting and kitchen area(couches or a long conference table or a combo of both!) that worked best for our team and allowed everyone to make themselves comfortable for the day ahead. This type of flexibility is ideal and allows you to customize the space to meet the needs of your party. Definitely reccomend offsite to others! read more

OFFSITE is a great location for meetings and events. We held our first meeting at OFFSITE in August 2012 with 17 attendees and my entire team was very happy and had nothing, but positive things to say about the meeting space. They actually were already planning to book other meetings and events at OFFSITE while our meeting was taking place. The OFFSITE team is amazing, very professional and ready to help. They took care of everything and if we needed something they were right there to make it happen. The OFFSITE space is amazing, very cool, modern and functional; unlike anything I've seen in the last few years. It consists of 3 floors, each with it's own unique style and purpose. The space is also equipped with the latest technology and fully stocked with drinks and candy :). OFFSITE is also conveniently located in Midtown. Other brands/divisions from our company have held meetings here as well and were very satisfied. We look forward to our continued relationship with OFFSITE in 2013. We had our Marketing and Sales offsite events here and It was amazing! Shaun went out of his way to answer all my questions and concerns. He is absolutely brilliant, responsive and a gracious host. He and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and they truly provided first in class service for all of our needs. Everything from supplies, a whiteboard wall, snacks, every beverage you can think of, catering, AV was seamless. Also to note the space is 3 levels and very well thought out with beautiful decor. This is not your average offsite place, this is where you take your team so they can comfortable work with all the amenities provided for you in a beautifully decorated space. Just yesterday my department held an event at OFFSITE. I found it by doing a Google search and it came up. I looked at some pictures and contacted OFFSITE. They immediately got back to me and we were able to book a date. Shaun and Patrick were so accomodating. The staff was amazing. My boss was a bit worried about the technical aspect of the meeting, but they handled everything without a hitch. Staff was always within reach. The space is gorgeous!!! Very intimate but the group was comfortable and it did not feel tight at all. The walls are papered with a white and gray lace design. To offset it and make it a little less feminine is a silver beaded curtain. The knick knacks around the room are so interesting - I wanted to walk out with them. The food was delicious!!! There were so many compliments on the choice of breakfast and lunch. I did not want to leave the venue at the end of our meeting. Patrick, Shaun and staff were so friendly. The attendees of my meeting raved about the venue and the staff. My boss was extremely pleased and told me to send recommendations to others within the company. The space is nice. However, the people that run Offsite are dishonest. We had to reschedule our event and were in the middle of selecting the updated date when they charged a large amount to our AmEx without permission. I would not recommend using them. read more

We used Offsite NYC for our Quarterly Offsite event and loved it! The space is unique, interesting, and beautiful. It was a great location for our executive session, while still being fun enough for our entire team to join us for our summary and team-building game. The staff at Offsite made the planning process very easy and walked us through all of our catering needs, even coordinating cupcakes at a specific time so we could wish our founder a happy birthday with cupcakes at the end of a presentation. They were available on hand on the day of the event and ensured everything ran smoothly, even modifying a few things last minute to fit our needs. Highly recommended! read more
