My husband paid foe the winter season up front. This company is awful. The first snow storm, my husband had to contact them 2 or 3 times to get them to come plow. Now, this big storm we just had they told us they would be here before dark. They never showed up. My husband ended shoveling our sidewalk and driveway. I don't have a good thing to say about them. Disappointing experience with Udhoo of OG Snow & Lawn Care. Reached out to Udhoo for the upcoming 2025 Lawn Season in early April for a seasonal contract. Udhoo gave me a price and we agreed and my search stopped there looking for a Lawn Care contractor for the season. Season starts and I give Udhoo a call on when he plans to start. Udhoo tells me soon after the rain stops. Ok, rain stops and no Udhoo. Call again and says he's sending his guys to do. 3 weeks past and no Udhoo. In between all of this were several lies and no shows, and at the end all I had was a severely overgrown Lawn. In the end I wish I never contacted this contractor. The service that I requested was taken on with professionalism and the owner was communicative and quick to respond. Our lawn was overgrown and Udhoo was professional and quick to do a wonderful job!
