Dr.Mosch is one of the most thorough docs I have been to in a while. I was going to other oviedo…read moredoc but really got tired of just being given drugs and having med assistants finish appt while doc walked out several times. Dr.Mosch is very knowledgeable and will refer to specialist if needed or asked. Staff has been good to us.cyndi is harsh at times.. Jen is great at referrals, Debbie, lori, Melissa have done a great job too. Catherine and Jordan are good PA's

NOW KNOWN AS COMPLETE LOCAL SPECIALTY CARE of Coconut Creek, FL , Dr. Mosch "current" only…read morephysician. (He sold his practice) After many phone calls, to prescription and insurance I find out yet again that Dr.  Mosch' office has not sent proper authorization after 3 weeks of waiting. It took me nine phone calls of which five of them they never even answered the phone. It just rang eventually with no answer.  When finally, we reached the correct person who attempted to spell her name several times, but I could never totally understand it. I believe it was INTIL.? who is in charge of pre-authorizations at that office.  I was told by her that they were changing systems due to being bought out by another company and that she was backlogged with diabetic's requests and that I was not a priority after 3 weeks. She could not give me a date of when she could actually complete the form, even though my insurance faxed her that morning, the form that she needed to fill out which she already had in the first place.  Imagine that I have four medical conditions, the first medication Dr. Mosch prescribed wasn't even covered by insurance, but now we find out, he never even filled out those forms. So he submitted another prescription that was pre-verified by the insurance carrier and 3 weeks later he still hasn't filled out the forms and the office is making excuses and telling me I am not a priority. (Obviously the poor diabetics are not enough of a priority either since she said she is way being with them-what denotes a priority in this office to correcting their mistakes?)  Speechless at this point==="liked the doctor", horrible management of office and staff ugh.
