However, this place seriously hit all the qualifiers that make it great in my opinion. The qualifiers I evaluate a massage place against are my comfort, punctuality of the masseuse, and the overall mood or ambiance. The comfort quota was filled from the start. From the cleanliness of the entire establishment to the welcoming attitude of everyone who works there, the staff made it an easy to feel comfortable. Also, in the comfort department, my masseuse, Rosi, spoke English. This is not a necessity but it is nice when this happens. Now, back to necessities. They ask you to get fully undressed. However, they supply you with a disposable cloth speedo to wear, which at first is odd but ultimately a good thing. Comfort, 5 stars. Now, the punctuality of the masseuse almost ruined it all for me. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment. The masseuse did not see me for another 30 minutes. However, she was not only very apologetic but gave me a great massage and for the entire time for which I paid. Her kindness and work won me back. The mood is like the comfort portion, perfect from the beginning. The lighting, the soft music, the attitudes of the staff, all of it is great and places you in total relaxation. I'm one of those that if my masseuse is not into the massage, then it's ruined for me. I enjoy seeing people enjoy their profession. Rosi definitely takes pride in her work. Overall, this place is excellent! The entire establishment to include the rooms is very clean and sanitary. Rosi is an amazing masseuse and took exceptional care of me.
