She did my first maternity shoot 4 years ago, and we had such an incredible experience that we wanted her to do my maternity photoshoot for baby 2 a few days ago. This photographer does beautiful/amazing work! ... but on top of that she is attentive and quickly responds to questions and is very informative and helpful. The day of the shoot she arrived to the shoot location early and helped us navigate how to get there. When we arrived, she helped me and my daughter get dressed and even carried my daughter a few times for me! I had been on bedrest since 18 weeks and wasn't sure if I was even going to make it to have maternity photos done. In the time leading up to the shoot, Olguta was always super prompt and understanding during all of our communications. She made notes of all my inspiration pics and understood the whole vibe I was going for. In all my years of working with photographers, I have never met anyone quite as amazing as Olguta. I am personally terrible at taking pictures and have always considered myself to be super un-photogenic. If ever I had taken pictures, it was for family special events, and I dreaded them. This day was a highlight of my last pregnancy. I had not taken maternity photos with my first two and came across Olguta's instagram and fell in love with her photography style. I had so much fun during our shoot. She made me feel comfortable (even when the shoot was implied nude) and beautiful the entire time I was with her. I had nothing less than a amazing experience with Olguta. My maternity shoot was originally scheduled for the first week of July. I was very excited for my shoot however, the day did not go as expected. I had a stressful morning due to a bad experience with the hairstylist I booked with. I showed up to the studio late and with my hair looking frizzy and not styled at all. Olguta was so sweet and took it upon herself to pushed back her next appt to allow me more time to shoot. I was willing to make the best of it regardless of my bad experience earlier that morning. Olguta pulled me aside and asked me if I would like to reschedule for a different day. She explained she noticed how upset I was and did not want me to look back at my pictures and feel disappointed. If this would have been a different photographer they would not have allowed me to reschedule let alone within a week from my original shoot day. She was so empathetic and so sweet she hugged me and told me everything would work out. The day for the rescheduled shoot came around and I was so happy with her professionalism. I am not photogenic and she guided me throughout my poses and was so sweet and understanding through it all. She constantly asked if I felt ok and or if I needed a break.
