They were perfect for everything I needed: LinkedIn profile, team photos for my company, industry conference bios, panel speaker promotions, branding, and press kits. They even went above and beyond during the editing process. I was embarrassed to have a few touch-up requests since the photos were going to be used for high-visibility opportunities, and Lindsey was incredibly thoughtful about every detail. I am so happy to have found Zoetic Photography and to have met Chad and Lindsey! I was searching for someone to take newborn photos of my baby and of course waited until the last minute to book. Chad and Lindsey replied quickly and provided information and affordable options for their services. We were able to find a time to schedule the session and everything was so easy. I highly recommend them for kids who are shy. My kids are usually super shy with strangers and it's difficult to get them to smile and not be clinging to me the whole time. We had a great experience with Chad and Lindsey, I think having two of them really helped so the kids weren't just taking direction from someone's face they couldn't see behind a camera. Lindsey and Chad are absolutely amazing. We used them for both our maternity shoot and our a newborn shoot for our son. Super easy and flexible to schedule, great price, beautiful product, fast turn around and great online gallery that was user friendly. Chad and Lindsey were great and took their time with my 1 week old baby. We rested on the couch and watched tv as they were hard at work capturing beautiful photos. We happened to book zoetic photography during the hottest time of the year. My daughter was born 10 days "late" so we also had to reschedule a couple of times. Throughout the entire booking and rescheduling process, they were a pleasure to work with - very patient, sweet, and understanding, which is important during a stressful time when emotions are heightened! My daughter was at the time a good sleeper, but for some reason (heat? who knows) that day, she decided to be the most awake she's ever been! Newborn photographers must possess patience, but Lindsey and Chad took patience to a new level that day. Starting off in their garage on that hot day with our teenager and only partially cooperative preschooler, they assured us they could photoshop out the sweat literally rolling down our faces. Somehow they did! And somehow, despite being the longest newborn shoot they've ever endured thanks to our uncooperative newborn, they managed to produce some gorgeous images of our family and new babe. We just had our newborn mini session with Chad and Lindsey last week and the whole experience was perfect from start to finish. I know nothing about professional photography/pricing and started off by asking some questions. They were quick to respond and explained everything so clearly, even a novice like me could understand! They recommended the mini session based on my budget and the types of photos I had in mind. It was exactly right for us. Also, they accommodated our super late baby by changing the date of our session, and were just as kind in person as they were via email. They had glasses of water waiting for us and Harry Potter playing on their TV! It was probably the most relaxed I've been since my daughter was born. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I live in Northern California and I recently visited San Diego for a family vacation. I reached out to Chad and Lindsey prior to vacation requesting a session for family photos the day we arrived. From the time of our first email to the the actual day of photos and after, the experience has been phenomenal. They responded to every email quickly, setting up the time and location was a breeze and they were willing to work with me while I was in Northern California. There was 9 of us in total for the pictures ages ranging from 60's to my 15 month old nephew. My father in law can't walk on the beach and the 15 month old was not in the mood for photos BUT chad and Lindsey worked with all of us and took amazing photos. They were so patient and kind.
