I have been having a lot of tingling and numbness in my hands for close to a year. I finally took action when it started becoming more frequent. After almost six months of going through an extensive treatment plan(a very expensive one, at that)with my chiropractor, my condition has improved very minimally. I remembered that I had been given Rebekah's phone number almost a year ago so I decided to try to find it. Turns out it was still on a post-it note stuck to the back of my bedside table drawer! I called and was able to make an appointment within two weeks. We had some things come up schedule wise but we worked it out and I am so glad we did! She is as strong as your body needs physically, and yet her demeanor is quite gentle and tranquil. I left here today feeling as I expect to feel after a really fantastic massage- floaty, serene, and relaxed(even after some deep pressure work)! I haven't experienced that feeling in a long while. On the day of my appointment, a very friendly gentleman called to confirm. When I walked into the quaint establishment, I was greeted by a gregarious staff. The shelves were lined with all sorts of oils and supplements of the highest quality , things you can't find at any basic retail store locally. They even had healthy snacks and health foods. My Bio Feedback testing was done with Mrs. Erin Wright, Certified Meridian Stress Analysis Technician. Erin was so pleasant and relatable. She took her time listening to find out why I wanted the test done, and based on my results, she was able to suggest necessary supplements to target specific issues I was having opposed to me buying a bunch of random vitamins like I usually do. I am one week into my current regimen, and I feel better than I have in a long time, both emotionally and physically. If you want to take control of your health, you should give Natural Therapies a try.

I saved the incorrect date for an appointment and went in for a massage the day that I wrote down, which I discovered was the day after the actual appointment. When I arrived, I found out that I had the day wrong and that I had also been charged full price for the massage I didn't get. Nobody called me to confirm the appointment, or to touch base when I didn't show up. Although this is not a business requirement, it is a much appreciated and classy customer service courtesy. It was very disappointing to have to pay full price for no massage- then also leave work early and drive across town only to find out about my scheduling error in person due to never receiving a call. If I can be charged full price for a truly accidental no show, I feel like they should provide a coupon or discount on future service when they cancel appointments on their clients at the last minute. I will not return here and do not recommend. Their best masseuse (there is frequent turnover) left and now works in Perry.

4/24/26 This place is absolutely HEAVENLY!! I got a 60…read moreminute float, a 60 minute Therapeutic massage, and a 30 minute Halotherapy. The float: an absolute dream! I honestly felt completely weightless and could feel my anxiety slipping away. Not going to lie, it took me a few minutes to get used to floating naked. There's a button to change the colors or turn it off (I had it on blue), you can either float in silence or have music playing (I had music). They supply bathrobes, towels, and earplugs for the float. The shower they had me use before and after was clean. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for the shower smelt amazing. The massage: I've never had a massage before and I'm mad at myself it took me so long to get one! She asked me if I had any areas that needed to be targeted and I informed her that I carry my stress on my neck and shoulders. She made 25+ years of stress melt away like it was never there in the first place! The room itself was dark, warm, and inviting. There was a sound machine playing therapeutic music and I swear I dozed off at one point. Halotherapy: it felt like I was sitting on a beach chair, listening to the waves, and breathing in the salt air. They had a peppermint oil diffuser on, a fan blowing, and a projector that was displaying stars and moons. The weighted blanket that was provided was just the right weight for me. I finished my float a little early so I got to experience the glow room. It has an entire wall of LED flicking candles with the most comfortable chairs, pillows, and weighted blankets I've ever experienced. They also had a sound machine playing rain sounds (which is my all time favorite relaxation sound). I never wanted to leave that room! All in all, I wish I could give this place and my experience more than 5 stars. I will absolutely be trying to make this a monthly thing and will definitely recommend this place to anyone who will listen!
