I booked an appointment with Kimberly for a one hour regular massage. The facility was very clean and attractively decorated. My temperature was taken upon signing in Kimberly was very considerate in discussing which areas I wanted to focus on, which I appreciated. During the massage she keyed right in on my problem areas and worked my knots out! Very professional and very thorough. I was so very pleased to be offered a bottled water after the appointment. Trasee, my massage therapist was pleasant, caring, skilled, and overall excellent. I had a one hour gift card for a swedish relaxation massage and wow did I relax! Trasee's pressure and depth was perfect for me and the heater on the bed, hot stones, hot towel, essential oils near the end were a wonderful experience. I'd reccomend this location to anyone including you. As a past instructor at a massage school I can tell you Trasee has learned the fine art of massage and learned it well. Excellent massage therapy business! I originally picked them by random and happened to be able to get in for an appointment the same day! I am now a regular customer and go about once a month. My normal massage therapist is Frances, is she is absolutely wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and very good at her job. There have been a couple of times when I needed to be seen because of neck/shoulder tension and I've been squeezed in by Tracy and another time by Jade. I've never had a bad massage by anyone at Synergy. As with any massage therapist it comes down to personal preferences and your ability to communicate. No matter who I see at Synergy, they always make me feel comfortable to express current muscular issues, and pay attention to try to resolve my problem areas. I have recommended them multiple times and will continue to do so! They do their best to offer you the relaxing experience you deserve! read more

First time going here, and it's by far one of the best massages I've ever gotten. Went for deep tissue and was treated right. Really went to town on my problem areas. Right amount of pressure and she even said if I needed harder that it would be no problem. Have to say it was perfect as is, can't imagine needing harder. read more

These are the most inexperience, incompetent, fraudulent people I have ever encountered in a business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! There isn't a single person there that knows what they're doing. The first time I went, I chalked it up to a one time bad experience. The second time was SO bad I literally had to sue. If anything, PLEASE PLEASE, listen when I say DO NOT let AUDREY touch your eyelashes. She ruined mine. Lied about it, then confessed to lying- all on video by the way. I'll be glad to post it if it will keep anyone from being injured at this "salon". There isn't a single person there that knows how to give an actual professional massage OR eyelash extensions!!! I was contemplating not leaving a review, but based on my experience with synergy something needs to be said. My husband and I booked a couples massage the Thursday after Valentine's Day. We were expecting to get a 90 minute couples massage with the sugar scrub as a bonus. We arrive a few minutes late then were bombarded with paperwork we had to fill out. We were ushered into our room after filling out all this paperwork where Tracy my massage therapist decided it was time to mess with the wiring so that she wouldn't trip on it during our massage which took more time. They then left us to undress for a full 20 minutes.Our massage therapist come in and she's exclaiming get ready for your full 90 minute massage! Well, the massage was more than a let down. And I am 100% convinced that Tracy wasn't taught at a school how to massage. There was nothing professional about the way that she rubbed my body whatsoever. It was not relaxing nor comforting she acted as though I was needing to get out of there so that she could do some thing else. My body was moving back and forth on the on the table so vigorously I started to feel sick. I also tell her that what she's doing on my shoulders was hurting. She moves onto my arms and that's when everything changes she no longer is trying to massage me she is more so vigorously rubbing lotion on my body all over my body. When she gets to my back I ask her if she could actually massage my back, massage something please. She says oh yeah sure honey whatever you want then proceeds to continue rubbing lotion onto my back. The only bit of massage I got was when she happen to come across a knot. But, at this point our massage was done. We had spent 45 minutes getting a 90 minute massage, that turned out to not be a massage at all! Time and money waisted. read more

Getting an appointment is really easy and I can always get the time slot I want. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and comfortable. There is also a variety of different types of massages/times. Francis is AMAZING! I've gone to see her several times after I had my baby because of back problems/tightness and she leaves no knot unfixed!
