I ordered a pair of boots from this business. I kept checking the status of the order and every day…read moreit said the same thing, status verified. After three and a half weeks the boot still had not been shipped. During this three and a half weeks I used their contact form twice to try to find out what was going on with my order, and I did not receive any response what so ever. I called them and they told me their website has not been working correctly for quite a while. This is something they should have notified customers about or at least put that information on the home page in giant letters. The person I talked to could not find my order and had no idea where where my boots were. They did not even know if they could even get the boots at all. They had the boots listed like they had them in stock, but when I talked to them they said they needed to check with the company that makes the boots to see if they can even get them. I would strongly suggest you buy from some other company. This company is not organized and they do not keep you up to date on your order.

Ordered school shirts on August 8th. It's now August 21st and still no shirts. I can understand…read moreif something happened with a shipment or order, but they have not once called me to communicate what's going on, or what the status is. I have had to call and ask twice now and I just keep getting told "we'll call you". I was promised that "worst case scenario" I would have the shirts by last Friday. Yet, I have still not heard from them. I had to go purchase additional shirts (without the school logo) which I communicated to the owner. No offer of a discount or anything. Just another empty promise.
