Pharmacist was nice, but ultimately didn't help. Had to call my doctor's office twice to reconcile this matter. Called pharmacy again to make sure they had the required number of pills. Different technician answered, was very rude and finally got to talk to pharmacist. Again, he was polite, but I dread dealing with them every month. We've learned to call before we go as we live almost 1.5 hours away because we've been told they had it, only to arrive and found they were out of the medication. We're thinking that the pharmacy two hours away isn't so bad.

I work out of town and it is difficult to get to the pharmacy after work if u have other things going on. They act like one can just drive over anytime. And then get in that line. Again. She was extremely helpful and very nice I definitely have no complaints about her. There was a different employee working at the same time was not as helpful to someone else who ask for some help in locating an item. She was not so helpful or polite to this gentleman. I'm not sure if the gentleman was from a different country or not. But I do clearly recall hearing her say speak English why don't you to him. No she did not say this in a kind or friendly manner to this gentleman. I did not get her name all I know is it begins with the letter m that's it.

this was the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Im visiting from out of town and had a…read morepaper prescription for medication for my baby so I took it there. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. We waited for over 45 minutes, so I went to check to see what the issue was because we had been there for about an hour, which was frustrating because I would have left to feed my 54 day old had I known the time. They apologized and said they just got the "go ahead" to fill it. I asked if they would prioritize filling it since the wait was three times longer then expected. The pharmacy tech told me "she was working on it now, minus the time it took for her to have this conversation" then she stormed off. It was the rudest encounter I have had possibly ever with someone in customer service. where I work, if we ever treated customers this way we would be fired on the spot. Further more, no pharmacist came to talk to me about this new medication- which actually has pretty serious side effects like bottoming out a baby's blood sugar and respiratory failure. As a nurse, thankfully I'm in health care and know this, but the tech just said "hey you don't have to talk to the pharmacist if you don't want to." You absolutely have to talk to a pharmacist any time you are starting something new- that is standard care. what if I wasn't in health care and just said no and took it and left without any counseling on the blood sugar dip and how important frequent feedings are? they could literally be killing people. Dan, the Pharmacist and owner took my call and was very nice and wanted to assist. They had it in stock, he called my out of state pharmacy to transfer, plus worked with getting my Insurance co-pay to go through on this $450 prescription. Saved me $$$! You can't beat trusting LOCALLY owned.
