Don't even know where to start. Being hung up on, never got connected. Five times today. Technician, when we finally got through, was rude and unhelpful. Pharmacist was nice, but ultimately didn't help. Had to call my doctor's office twice to reconcile this matter. Called pharmacy again to make sure they had the required number of pills. Different technician answered, was very rude and finally got to talk to pharmacist. Again, he was polite, but I dread dealing with them every month. We've learned to call before we go as we live almost 1.5 hours away because we've been told they had it, only to arrive and found they were out of the medication. We're thinking that the pharmacy two hours away isn't so bad. read more

Drive up pharmacy should be about convenience. This is anything but! Get multiple notices that prescriptions are ready, only to be told they aren't, or can't be found when we arrive. This has happened on multiple occasions. Closed from 1:30 - 2:00 p.m. for lunch....seems there's enough staff for staggered lunchtimes so they could stay open. Staff is usually courteous, but length of time to get Rx is ridiculous. read more

Frustrated that there is only one line in the pharmacy, so even though I am here for a vaccine appointment I have to wait a bunch of time while people spend 5 minutes or more each getting prescriptions. They should have a separate line for appointments. Once you see someone, the employees are nice. But if the store insists on appointments, they should honor the scheduled time. I've been here 25 minutes waiting. read more

The employees are rude, they will hang up on you when you call. The app tells you one thing and then get on site and nothing is filled. They are so slow. Put your order in and takes over a week to get filled if you don't sit there and wait. The $&@$ will argue with you if they disagree with what you're saying. Worse experience with Walgreens ever at this store and I've had bad experiences with other Walgreens. So go else where if you can. read more

If there were a rating lower than one star, we would certainly give it that. This pharmacy is totally unprofessional, and should not be used by anyone. Our doctor called in three items yesterday - one could not be refilled as it was not yet due. We received messages on the prescriptions being ready, drove 40 miles to pick them up today and they were not ready. The answer was that the one could not be filled so they didn't ( wouldn't ) fill the other two. We did need those & w Explained we drove 40 miles to get them. The pharmacist refused to fill them while we waited - and told us that we could come back in three days and they would be ready. When we questioned that, he got irritated and obnoxious. This has not been the first bad experience we've had with this pharmacy - unfortunately we are stuck with Walgreens until we can switch insurances at the end of the year. Thankfully, we have found a way to get the prescription sent to another store that appears more helpful. Sadly, our experience with the Walgreens chain in Arizona has been as bad or worse, this seems to be a trend with Walgreens in general. WOW, what does it take for the Walgreens in Rice Lake to have prescriptions ready when told a time? Today is not the first time this has happened. I was actually told by a person my prescription would be ready by 10:30 am. I arrive at 1:40 pm knowing they are on lunch break. I wait until 2 pm only to be told it is not ready and they could have it ready in 20 minutes. What!!! I was 3 hours later than what they told me and it still was not ready! This is extremely frustrating as the pharmacy tech whom waited on me was not even apologetic. Just matter of fact told me that it would be another 20 minutes. Well I waited for them to finish their lunch break and was on mine so I could not wait another 20 minutes for it to be filled. Now I have to make another trip back to get my prescription. Maybe we could collect mileage everytime they are not ready as indicated. I also know what is going to happen until I can make it back to the pharmacy which will be in 2 days, I will be getting reminder calls that my prescription is ready, as this has happened before and is very irritating. Well they can just hold it until I have time to pick it up. I had time today but apparently Walgreens didn't. Get some organization at this pharmacy, otherwise, it just may be worthwhile to drive to a neighboring town to get my prescriptions filled on time. If I didn't have to fill inthe rating I would not have as they do not even deserve a 1 star. read more

I know you must be stretched thin with all the extra vaccines and tests you are now providing to our community as well as extra patient load following the closure or two nearby pharmacies in recent years. Walgreens is the worst. I'm on auto refill and they mess it up every time. Then they yell at me and tell me that I must have done something wrong. I cant believe they treat people this poorly! I am done with them!! read more

I just can't figure out Walgreens pharmacy. It has so much lack of customer service. It really makes me sick. All they do is tell you one thing....such as your prescriptions will be ready at a certain time. So with all respect I always wait an extra day....GUESS WHAT....they still Re not ready. The biggest problem for me, is they send me a text saying your medicine is all ready. SOOO I go to the drive through just to find out they lied & tell me it's gonna be at least 15 min. And make me do circles around the drive through at least once or twice. It's really not professional but I have better things to do than drive in circles through there drive through cause they are not honest...great day wasted. MOST IMPORTANTLY MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU THE CORRECT MEDS AND THE RIGJT DOSAGE. My experience is getting wrong dosage for months until I caught on. This place is so unprofessional. Just watched Denise in the pharmacy bitch out a young girl for picking up her first prescription from a doctor. Yelling out that it's a controlled substance and practically berating her about filling it. I've never seen anything like this in my life and think she should not work in a sensitive place as a pharmacy. read more
