With this detox protocol, they emphasize to Start with a clean colon and recommended their flat belly tea for that ...which really cleans you out...but at the end of the detox protocol...I felt like my colon needed another cleanse. So my experience at end of detox was not good. I feel that could have been avoided with proper clear guidance. i think people who truly understand what to do and how to use their detox protocol will benefit best.
