He did the same thing with the exact information to another person I know . For one, I believe this is insurance fraud (does anybody want to confirm?) and secondly, it puts information on a person's health record that could hinder them from getting the best rate on their health insurance. Another time, I happily paid out of pocket for a cosmetic procedure because they said it would not be covered and I would have thought not . I received an EOB and found out it was submitted to my insurance company and paid to the doctor. Then, they were trying to bill me for a 20 minute new patient visit (it had been over 3 years since I was there). I don't have a problem with that but all he did was look at my back for 10 seconds to justify it. At that visit he rushed through the procedure so fast I could barely breath. I wanted to ask him some questions but he ran out quickly and I asked the nurse. I called and got my refund in the appropriate amount for the procedure and made them delete the charge for the visit. They were giving me a hard time about it until I brought up the previous issue of the false bilings to insurance, I would have put the posting out months ago but I was not familiar with these types of websites OH... and there are religious pictures and crosses all around the office. I find this to be quite hilarious and hypocritical

Once I arrived to the office so frazzled at this point to check in, I had a very unpleasant greeting that consisted of an an eye roll stair down by one lady and the other lady at desk said I am too late and now need to reschedule, I told her I am sorry and I called the office 2x updating them that I still planned on attending my appointment and she tells me that no one told her. I'm not sure where the calls are routed to who but wouldn't the secretary update the staff at that location you would be running behind. Anyway I was the only patient there at that time it appeared at 243pm and I feel I was turned away due to lack of compassion , understanding and empathy. This was my first and my last time going to see Dr. E on south Broadway in Lorain. I work in healthcare as well and I would never treat a patient that way. One star because 0 isn't an option, nor is negative…read more Laleh agreed to see my daughter, who she knew in a personal capacity, in regards to a conglomerate of medical issues occurring, one of which symptoms is hair loss. Laleh assured her she would not stop until she had an answer. Instead, Laleh judged, made a psychological diagnosis which is far from her field of expertise and made my daughter feel like she was losing her mind. Meanwhile, my daughter has a psych and therapist - neither of which gave her or agreed with this misfounded psych diagnosis. Fast forward and my daughter's hormones, thyroid and sugar/iron processing are WAY off. It took one doctor to look at her labs more closely and see this is PMOS, atypical presentation, and not at all behavioral. I truly hope Laleh does better for other children but I would approach with caution. She doesn't listen, she harshly talks down to patients (friend was with daughter and both were at a loss for words) and gives psychological diagnoses with no actual DSMV backing. Do better for women, medical professionals - do better. And I hope you sleep well knowing you totally missed a systemic issue that a young woman was begging you for help on and you made her afraid of medical professionals due to your unfounded nasty comments.

Dr. Sara Bishop Plastic Surgery is the worst surgeon. I went to ER with a ruptured breast implant…read more This was the findings of the ER staff. I made an appointment with Dr. Bishop because she put the implant in during reconstruction surgery. Even with no implant being palpable because all fluid leaked out, she refused to help me. She refused to order the MRI to confirm. Instead, she told me that women live this way for years and that I should just live this way.... with one deflated breast. In 2022 she canceled a surgery a week before with no call or warning. I called the office to find out where to go for my covid test and I was told my surgery was canceled weeks prior. When I inquired Dr. Bishop about it she berated me. She does not listen to patients concerns. Her bedside manner is terrible. She treats your entire appointment as an inconvenience to her. The only thing she is good at is making you feel Dismissed, unheard and not worth her time.

He didn't listen, I never saw him and only saw his nurse, and he refused to give me anything that would work to treat my pain so I suffered for years. I've been with Dr. Shah for about 4 years now and he is amazing! He and his staff are kind, compassionate and great listeners...everything a pain management office should be. I've never been made to feel like a drug seeker and he's always been willing to try a variety of treatments with me until we found something that works. I have recommended many friends to his office and they have always been pleased. If you are looking for a great pain management doctor I absolutely recommend Dr. Shah!
