I instantly liked her. She was friendly, caring and wanted to know about me as a person not just my medical history. The one thing I really like about her is she remembers you and the things you have told her. I have been to doctors before where they can't even remember your name. The front desk nurses are real friendly. Waiting room is a tad small. They try and fit you last minute for emergencies but don't always count on it. It sounded like her first day on the job, the basic questions I had she seemed like she was making things up as she went. Very unprofessional, she probably said "UMM" 50 times during the call, extremely loud, I had to turn my phone down to spare my ear drum. I was very turned off by this girl. Turns out they dont accept my insurance (per Cat or Kate?) And I wanted to discuss with my husband before i commited paying out of pocket so i didnt end up making the the appt. I just wish they had better customer service.

And that was saying a lot considering my right leg and knee was in agony. But, the Dr did not care. She sized me up with one look. And she did not give a rats behind about me. I asked her to look at my leg. An she looked at me like a deer caught in a headlight. And mentioned something about her questions will last an hour. And I did not want to sit and answer questions I already gave the same info to her nurse 5 minutes ago. So, I don't remember exactly what I said. I know I did not cuss. Although I wanted to. But apparently she got miffed with me. And left. And then they threw me out of the facility. And all I wanted them to do was to look at my bad leg. But, The nurse came back and told me to leave. And I asked about being charged for this visit. And they said not to worry they won't bill me for anything. So I had no choice, I left. As I did not want any Police action. I did offer to ​apologize for anything I may have said to upset her. ​But I was still told to leave. So, bottom line, NO one there looked at my leg. And it was a wasted trip on my end. Now this is a DOCTOR who supposedly took the Hippocratic OATH to do no harm. Yet she made me leave the facility without so much as a goodbye or a reason why she was throwing me out. Let alone not even taking the time to look at my leg. I will be 70 years old this Dec. And I find this Dr By the name of M. to be nothing more than a fat shaming witch And I apologize to all the witches. As the first letter should be changed, lol. Anyways, I had my say. And I hope to warn other overweight seniors away from this awful woman and the facility she works at.

The front desk staff talks more to each other than helping patients and talks loud enough for you to hear about other patients while in the waiting room. I had to wait days for call backs about appointments and am still waiting for someone to call me back about getting in to see a psychiatrist...2 weeks ago! The one star is for the financial women who works very hard to help with insurance or questions about Jobs and Family Services. This place should be ashamed of its care of people with mental health issues. Life is hard enough.
