We were hit by a drunk driver and all 4 people in my car got hurt bad. The idiot person that hit us did not have insurance and our insurance company said we could not even get the medical bills paid. My husband called Bruce Boerst and he immediately met with us and even called the insurance company during our first meeting while we were still sitting in his office. He started working before our first meeting was even over! During that one call...Bruce demanded that our ins co send him a full copy of the policy. Bruce took one look at it and called the insurance company back. In that 30 min, Bruce made the insurance company agree to cover our losses. We finally got our bills paid and when we were all done seeing doctors and having therapy, Bruce and his wonderful assistants told us to be prepared for even better news. Bruce investigated and found out that the drunk guy was driving a car that had insurance and Bruce made that insurance company give us the money we deserved for our injuries, money from missing work, our pain and suffering and even got a large payment for each of our children. The money for the kids is in safekeeping and will be a LOT of money available for our kids for future medical bills if they need therapy in the future. If not, that money for our kids will be able to pay for their colleges! Thank GOD several of my friends and all the people that my husband works with said "CALL BRUCE BOERST"" !!! Before hiringBruce we thought we would lose everything because a drunk guy was driving like a moron and made us almost lose everything. Bruce fought for us like we were his only clients. I did get frustrated sometimes because bruce is busy a lot and sometimes he could not return my calls for a day or 2 but every time when I did talk to him he would help put me at ease and I realize that he is really busy. I guess a really good lawyer SHOULD be busy! We laughed and my husband said that any lawyer that is NOT busy is a lawyer that probably doesn't have any other clients and probably is not too good. We tell everyone to call bruce if they are in an accident. He is the best lawyer by far!

Mike is talented at his craft, I would say this because what Mike does and the way he does it is nothing short of a mastered skilled trade. Last year during Covid when boating season was at its peak and I had just purchased a Carver Motor Yacht I needed some help. Although Mike was very busy he made time in a compliant setting to work out the details of completely refurbishing the canvass, upholstery and Glass. We even worked through the design of converting The boat box and coolers into additional padded resilient bench seating. OMG was that a great decision. Additional seating for 6 and what a great opportunity to work through an issue with Mike, where at the end of that project he left me with value that a person just can't put a price on, but he did and it was more than fair. I have found Mike to have top of the line creativity, better than best quality, very fair lead times, and pricing that really doesn't need haggling. Mike is, has been, and continues to be the go to guy for my boating needs. I have brought many an idea to Mike with my having little to no expertise in his craft and he was always able to respectfully take the though, implement it into how those projects actually work and at a price that was less than what it would have been if I wasn't open to the better way to do it. Mike will build me whatever I want, but allowing him to be part of the design process has only brought me more value at a lower cost. If your not at the very least giving Mike the opportunity, pardon the pun, but you would be missing the boat on that decision. Many Thanks Mike!!!!
