Dropped off our PC in November and did not hear anything from the shop until February. We called in December and January and were always told they were just very busy. After months of waiting, they still required the $100 bench fee before releasing the computer. We were also verbally told a discount would be provided due to the excessive delay, but when we asked about it we were told it would not be honored because of new ownership. I understand shops get busy and policies can change, but waiting three months for a diagnosis with no communication and then being told the promised discount would not be honored was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would recommend reading other reviews before deciding to bring your computer here. read more

I went there expecting to pay $350 for a screen replacement on a phone I didn't even want to keep but because I broke my screen and couldn't log in to access any apps to transfer the data I had to replace the screen or I would lose everything....so I thought! Luckily PC Solutions used a mouse to enter my code to log in and did the entire transfer to my new phone right there. He didn't even charge me for his time and effort and truly could have let me replace the screen for $350 and made money...and I would have never known any different. They transfered all of my content pics, messages, contacts, etc. I am forever thankful we have this little business in our town! read more

My computer bezel is broken. They said they can look at it for $80 and if they fixed it, part of that would be repair. I wanted it fixed: I was told it's ready for pick up and I looked and could see where it was glued because there was blue stringy stuff between the broken parts. I was not offered for them to take it apart and look at the bezel or further into it until I was there to pick it up: I was told it was fixed and when I pointed out that it still does the same thing he said yea, it's busted out. well yea! that's why I brought it to you' it is fixed in one spot so the back behind the hinge dont rub agains the computer when open and close . I'm still very upset. I wanted it fixed fixed but I now will just have to take it apart myself and fix it like this guy should have in the first place. I was willing to pay around $200 for the repair and probably more. I thought they were a computer store. I thought they would be the ones who could fix this since they are experienced . read more

Terrible customer service - I was instructed to send my MacBook Pro to this company by my insurance company. The computer was experiencing problems with the display. Before sending it I plugged the computer into an external monitor to confirm that the issue was indeed with the display. The computer was fully functional through the use of the external monitor. Upon receiving the computer back about a week later, the issue with the display had been resolved but the Touch Bar was no longer working, clearly due to whoever "serviced" it not reconnecting it when they put the machine back together. I was instructed to once again send the computer in. Before sending it, I used the computer sans Touch Bar for a few days and it was fully operational. I again received the computer back about a week later, only this time to find that the computer would not even start up. This time I brought the computer to the Apple store to be diagnosed. The technicians there told me whoever had worked on it was responsible for the now non-operational status of the computer due to using what they described as shoddy parts. I once again contacted the company who then had the animosity to essentially say that none of this was their fault nor take any responsibility for what they were clearly responsible for or offer any resolution. Thanks to this company I now have a $1500 computer that is as good as a paperweight. Avoid these people at all cost and bring your machine (specially if it a Mac) to technicians who know what they are doing. read more
