Three guys were there for 3 hours, AND THEY DID NOT FIX ANYTHING. So I said no and wanted a second opinion. The new service guy (just one) fixed it in less than a hour and charged $250. They had never once called me, I was always calling them to check the status. The man waited for 3 minutes, I expected a phone call but he just left. I assume he discovered they had been cancelled.
