Jeremy, an Emt came out within two hours With his medical bag. I was tested for Covid and the flu. Jeremy diagnosed that I had an upper respiratory infection. I talked to Laura at their office and answered some questions. A prescription was called in for me at Kroger's. Jeremy said the sound that my lungs were making sounded like pneumonia. My General Practitioner, doctor couldn't see me after several days after repeated calls to them. The cost at Dispatch Health was $60 the same price I would pay to go to an urgent care. I have never had better care from any doctor. After taking the medication for a week, I got better and my lungs haven't sounded this clear for at least a year. The whole process from start to finish was very pleasant. The doctors had excellent bedside manner. She was very easy to talk to. She was professional and I didn't feel uneasy at any moment. Then let's talk front desk...why are most doctor offices rude when it comes to the front desk? They offer no guidance when asking questions (even though their options in the phone go to them regarding questions) and claim the patient is always rude even though they are the ones with an attitude coming at you like you are nothing.

When I spoke to the receptionist, she told me that in order for me to have it looked at I needed to schedule another appointment and pay another $75 co-pay. I would've gladly turned back around to have them look it or stopped back in another time I definitely got the impression from my conversation with the front desk, staff, that the practice is more concerned with the monetary value of my visit as opposed to keeping a new patient. I am really in my experience, and I will not be returning back to this practice.

He's a very good chiropractor but unfortunately his staff is extremely rude. It was a billing issue that we were dealing with. I'd like to mention that we have always paid on time and in full. They would not take the time to look at their own bank account to see if the money had been deposited. We were treated Disrespectfully, and as if we were trash. I put a review on there personal page through Google, and their response only addressed the fact of why the billing had been confused. That wasn't my issue. My issue was how we were treated. The part of the response to my complaint the comment was made that they would not tolerate anyone being rude to their staff. This did not happen, and I resent the fact that they even implied such a thing. This adds insult to injury. I do not suggest dealing with this company at all, not because of the Chiropractor himself, but because of his office staff. We were able to fit an x-ray, electric stimulation, and he was able to adjust my neck and hip in the entire appointment. I felt some relief after leaving, though I recommend coming back for follow ups (which I did not do, yet). If you're going to a chiropractor, I definitely suggest that you visit often in order to see progression.

One was therapy some stretches they allow me to do a few times a day to add to that I got some insoles to raise my fee up to a comfortable location the entire staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease since I hate going to the doctor but this place made me feel a lot better very courtesy and polite did a electro shock therapy on my lower back it made my back feel like it was asleep . Kinda tingles but awesome then they went over X-rays and there recommendations but always professional. It took a long time for the process lots of paper work since in a new patient but worth it I hope I can get this problem resolved with out surgery.
