Near fell asleep- so book this one for the afternoon or if you're writing off the day for anything productive then in the morning will be fine as well. Utterly zen after. They do therapeutic, deep tissue, Swedish and hot stone massages as well. They also do facials, derma stamp/ skin needling, hair removal/ wax, threading and IPL. My wax got under way, and I had a nice chat with the attendant, was all completed in less than twenty minutes. The wax had minimal pain, and was professional and neat. I was given lovely soothing lotion to apply to the area and felt ready for the beach. They sell beautiful Ecoya Candles which I could smell burning at the reception desk. Arriving at Lucy and the Powder Room, Hannah and I had a quick consultation before she set to work. Interestingly, the first thing she did, was measure my brows to ensure that everything (start, end, arches) was where it should be. "Hmmmm" was all she said before plucking, tweezing and waxing away. Five minutes later she was done and holding a mirror over my brows explaining the changes. She also showed me where I was and wasn't allowed to pluck and asserted that I must be back in 4 weeks time for a reassessment. Yes, ma'am!
