The Volvo is a superior product wherever you purchase it, but it's really nice to have a dealership that helps with everything from making sure you get what you want, to helping you with the finance options available. My most recent Volvo is a lease with the Astorg ownership. The paperwork was fast and easy as always whether I purchased or leased. I did get a very good deal because when they have a "special" on their cars, they mean it at this location. I can't say enough about my salesman, John Brown, who was very informative and didn't treat me like I needed a lesson on car ownership because I'm a woman.

I was inconvenienced 2 days and ignored when I complained about it. I've bought 2 cars from them. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a Subaru serviced at this location. This time, we needed an emissions upgrade installed as a result of a recall notice. We had one little oopsie where, when I showed up, they thought I was dropping off the car, but I had been told the service would take three hours. It is a 90-minute drive each way, and I was by myself, so that was a little precarious. They told me to wait a minute while they sorted things out, which they did to my satisfaction. They gave me a loaner (new Audi, fun!) and sent me on my way. I did need to call a week later to get an update, but I wasn't mad about it, as they had said thru would drive to us to swap the cars back. All told it took a little over a week, as they were short-staffed, but everyone was a pleasure to deal with. We dealt with Phil, Zach, and DD, and one more staff member whose name I forget. They are also honest. We asked for new tires, but they checked and said we didn't need them, instead of making the easy sale. The car was returned washed and cleaned inside and out. As you can see by the picture, they have a nice setup for customers waiting on sales and service, with coffee, sodas, and water. Bring a sweater, though, as the AC is blasting! We will continue to bring Elbereth to MOC as long as we can.

We did our homework this time. We knew what we wanted. Stuck to our guns and we walked out of there with exactly what we came in for! Sal, our salesman, was extremely professional with a heart for family! We came in with our two very young kiddos, do not recommend, however, Sal was so very patient and informative. He didn't try to sell us what we didn't want and he listened to our needs. After we test drove the vehicle we came in for, with baby car seats installed and all, he gave us his card and number. Sal worked all the behind the scenes details with the financing for us. We knew this was the right place for us. We scheduled to meet the next day, and after a short time, Sal handed us the keys to our brand new vehicle! The process was so simple and straightforward. We didn't feel swindled or rushed. Bonus, Lester Raines loves his animals! My daughter and son were so excited to see birds while we were there. They got a sweet snack from their break room, and even got to sit in small child sized chairs and watch cartoons in their kids zone. We absolutely recommend this business, and Sal!! My wife, myself, our son, daughter-in-law and five grandchildren (21, 10, 6, 2, and new born) were experiencing engine problems on a stormy day with our 2021 Newmar Dutch Star. We were returning home from Owings, MD. On June 19, we were assisted by a Cummins mobile technician on the evening of the Juneteenth holiday. He advanced the diagnosis of our problem, It seemed like a sensor issue. But further diagnosis was required. Fortunately we broke down near not just a Cummins Service shop, but this one in Cross Lanes West Virginia. What a model for professionalism and customer service. The mobile driver offered a safe place to boondock over the night close to the Cummins service shop, away from traffic. Those of us that wouldn't fit in the mini-van we were towing stayed back so further diagnosis and service might allow us to get home with the RV, and not have to abandon it, and have family travel to pick the rest of us up. The next business day we were graciously received and made comfortable in the waiting room, while our RV was further evaluated to diagnose our problem. We were allowed to keep our 8lb dog with us who received many pettings and compliments. We were offered water and restroom facilities while we waited. Luckily the problem, when found, was easy to fix. The service team was able to determine the original purchase date (we are second owners) and provided that information to us in case it was a warranty issue. They also told us to remember that the warranty expires on May 3, 2026. After a thorough diagnosis and troubleshooting procedure, they found the needed parts from a local NAPA dealer. They provided other suggestions related to reaching out to Newmar about something that might fix the problem in the future. An extra blessing was being invited to share in their company staff's pitch-in lunch. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed eating lunch with them right before we left to make the drive home. This level of service to help us get home, the warm welcome, and sharing will never be forgotten. This shop has real people helping real people in real time.
