The service I had scheduled for was a deep clean, specifically requesting the windows/window screens/window grates, oven, and fridge were focused on. I was really disappointed after the appointment because I noticed throughout the following day or so that there were many areas that were still dusty or dirty - specifically the windows and the oven. Almost all of the areas of the house that had been worked on, I went back over to clean myself almost immediately because they were either streaky, half-done, or not at all touched. If I had known that my expectations weren't going to be met for the session/service, I wouldn't have set it up. When I reached out to let Priscilla know 1:1 that I had concerns about the service, I didn't get a response. These guys are totally unprofessional first of all they made me wait two hours in my drive way the first day passed the time they said they'd be there they skipped one of the closets in the master bedroom they never cleaned the screens as agreed plus they ruined the laminate flooring as you can see in the picture below plus the second day they showed up they were late again I would not recommend them to anyone worst 600 I've ever spent granted the house was pretty dirty but then again if you get paid for a job you complete the job in my experience lesson learned never pay beforehand read more

My siblings and I inherited a home in the Kau district and were in dire need of a cleaning so we could get it listed. Quote came in at $600, which I thought was a little pricey but we need to get it done. My realtor and owner agreed on what needed to be done. They cleaned the majority of the house but didn't do the dirty work. My realtor went to take pictures for the listing and was surprised to see the work that was done. When I showed her the pictures she went on the defense. She stated she did things that exceeded expectations. She then goes on to say she should've charged more. I mean, that's something that could've been discussed initially. But there was no mention of it. Loooong story short, I have to pay someone else to clean up after a licensed and insured cleaner. If I could give no stars I would. Yeah it is embarrassing, for the person who was paid to do the job and walked away from it looking like that. read more

They swooped in and cleaned the house, inside and out! The products they use are environmentally friendly, so that is a plus! Cabinet doors and walls are wiped, screens and window are dust free, fans are lint free. Pricilla is great to work with and answered any questions I had. read more

Sadly, I have to add to the reports of unprofessional behavior cited in other reviews. I contacted Priscilla about window cleaning, and we made an appointment for her to come take a look at the job and give me an estimate. The day before the appointment, she texted me to confirm. And then... nothing. No show. No call or message to say she couldn't make it, and no response to the text I sent asking if she was still coming. I would not use this cleaning service, first she showed up late, the faucets were not cleaned, floors were not mopped, I found hair all over the home, I had to redo the beds which was not dressed right, there was a white goo substance left in the bedroom floor, Fridge was not wiped down, Stove top and microwave was not wipped, in the oven, foil from guests baking was not changed, shower was not rinsed out or wiped clean, bathroom mirror was very dirty, sinks not wiped or cleaned. When asked she told me that she is a 5 star cleaner but from what I seen it didnt even hit the scale of 1, glass tables not cleaned. I showed her the closet that I keep all my cleaning materials and showed her what I use for the floors and glass, when I checked, the level was the same (did not use) After she was done, I got a text, but she had already left and was only there no more than 1 hour which it takes at least 4 hours to clean the home right. I was referred to Oili Cleaning Service and I was greatly disappointed. At first I was impressed by Priscilla's quick response to visit my home and give me a quote. She informed me that she charges $50 - $75 per room. I responded that I could afford $50 per room. She agreed then we proceeded to set up a cleaning appointment for her to come at 1pm the following day but she did not show up. I texted her to ask if she was coming at 1:15pm she responded that she was running late and would be there at 2pm. Then 2pm came and went without any courtesy call. I proceeded to start cleaning my house myself as it was getting too late in the day. Priscilla finally arrived at 3:30pm. She apologized for being late then asked if she could have another opportunity to clean. Against my better judgement I gave her another chance and set up another cleaning appointment. Again she did not show up nor call me. Instead I received the following response to my text asking if she was coming, "I don't think so" she went on to say that she wasn't going to clean my house for the price that she quoted me. RUN!!!!
