My wife called and we had a technician at our house within hours. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the fan motor. What impressed me is the fact that we had notified the office that we would be unable to pay them right away and could we hold off till we had the available funds (1wk). We were told that would not be a major issue and the work would be performed so we could have our AC working. Not too many businesses now days that make customer service a priority, A Degree Above gets my full recommendation and I would not hesitate to recommend them for all HVAC Issues.

The duct work was put in the house early 90's and I wanted it to be new. I had no previous trouble with the duct work at all. I started to notice floor damage in all three bedrooms so I called my home insurance inspector. The claim inspector determined I had no leaks from the water pipes but he notice that my air vents had gaps where it was connected to the floor. I went to A Degree Aboves office to talk to Mike and both owners said it was not their fault. I've now got two of the three bedroom floors tore out and wood flooring replaced. I trusted Mike to do the job and I had no trouble with the floors until they put in the new duct work. I DO NOT recommend him or the company to do any work for me ever!!

Jacob was professional and polite throughout the repair, explaining what he was doing and why it needed to be done. When I asked him a question he didn't have an answer for, he called his supervisor rather than giving me a wrong answer!!! I signed up for their Gold plan based on Jacob's service. I hope all of Roscoe Brown's technicians are as professional, well-trained, and not afraid to ask for assistance as Jacob!!

We had a house fire and we're looking for a mobile to replace it on our land, fell in love with a lot model they had and told that if we don't put 1000 down by the following Monday it was probably going to be sold... So we get the 1000 together in cash and take it to the lot... Fast forward appx a week and a half, we find out that insurance doesn't cover as much as we thought and we now have to back up and punt and probably go with a used mobile now or something totally different... We go to get our deposit back and told we have to wait appx 14 days so corporate can cut a check I didn't bring a check, I brought cash, we had to get the $$ in a day or two if we didn't want what we were hoping to be our new home sold out from under us, but not even a full two weeks later and they have to wait 14 days to cut a check, well I didn't bring a check I brought cash, and if me and the wife can scrounge up 1000 bucks in a day or two to deposit on the home we wanted you would think a corporate company would be able to do the same?????? Can't put my faith in a company that can't afford to give you back the hard earned money you put up in cash without having a waiting period... I'd be concerned about a company that pushed for a deposit to be made like yesterday, but can't refund it with the same amount of time... If you decide to business here don't fall for the if you really like it you have to put up $1000 unless you guarantee you won't have any mishaps getting an approval or waiting for the insurance company and knowing you can cover the total cost because you are going to have to wait for the corporate company to apparently find the $1000 you have given them in cash and write you a check, hopefully the check is good since it is such a headache for them to give me my money back????

I was very pleased with the work they did on my house. So, when my neighbors tree fell on my house, I knew exactly who to call. They came out that day and left me an estimate.
