I took the part to two shops first but neither could help me. I walked into US2 Rentals 5 minutes before they closed. Most places wouldn't start helping you with only 5 minutes left in their day, but the gentleman working here immediately set out to fixing my issue. He was able to un-seize my clamp and refused to take payment for it. He saved me from a second round trip to transport my other snowmobile which would have taken 5 extra hours in terrible driving conditions. Thank you so much for your help!
