Don't go with Bob's Spetic! I had him pump my tank in August of last year. I've never owned a home with a septic system. I was unaware of how they worked. The tank was completely full and I asked if there were any issues and he said everything looked great. It wasn't! The septic system failed in February. We went until the first week of June before I could get it replaced. When it failed in February I called Bob several times to ask questions and I never got a call back. I can't believe someone would run a business like this. Go with someone else! I recommend Sodergren Septic Services. read more

My septic tank filled up and was in need of pumping. My problem is my location which is somewhat remote (with a poor road) and my six-hundred foot driveway that goes up. Bob has a four wheel drive truck that negotiated this going uphill in reverse (my yard has no room to turn around. Once on top, the tank was pumped quickly. I used Bob's services about ten years ago when it filled up with no problems. I always wait as long as possible to save money which does cause me a little inconvenience when the inevitable happens. Bob got to me quickly and I look forward to eight or nine more years of service with the septic system. read more
